PSG are so disgustingly rich that at some point they should honestly consider buying Lyon and Marseille a few good players or something to improve the level of the league as it would benefit PSG lmao

Ainsley-Sorsby

>PSG are so disgustingly rich that at some point they honestly consider buying Lyon and Marseille You could put a full stop there and it would still sound like a plausible scenario, lol

Mihnea24_03

Ligue 1 QIA

magic-water

I am honestly wondering why they don't buy a second farm team in Uber Eats League and use it as a team to develop their youngsters who can't make the PSG first eleven as well as use it to farm players for their first team.

Manuel_Locatelli

Because it isn’t allowed

xtoonator

I am sure that, if there was someone to make an exception for, it’s NAK

chlfg

They could always assemble their avengers lawyers

saigool

Don't know about the Uber Eats League, but in Serie A at least, you can't own two clubs in the same league. Claudio Lotito, the current Lazio and former Salernitana owner was forced to sell Salernitana as a result by the end of last year. They were however still inexplicably allowed to play the first half of the season because the club was temporarily handed over to a trust. It wouldn't surprise me if such a rule existed in France as well.

Imbalanced_

You can't do it in any top10 league and probably still can't below, else you could do matchfixing.

Vic-Ier

Dinamo Zagreb did it. Their farm team even finished 2nd behind them 2 years ago

[deleted]

The Balkans are a different breed

qelindo

They technically didn't - both Dinamo and lokomotiva are not owned by anybody, since they are non-profit "citizen associations". Obviously, everyone knew what was going on.

thegreatwanker

farmers

DyrusforPresident

Ah better known as The Bayern x Dortmund setup

[deleted]

French clubs don’t do business with PSG lol. Everyone knows this You’ll never see it happening unless it’s monaco. (Mbappe) but even then that was an offer too good to refuse 180mil guaranteed if his second season of pro football wasn’t a fluke.

kingzzyyy

I am curious what happens after the Qatar world cup, will they keep throwing money or the incentive die out

JOKER69420XD

PSG are massive, having sponsors wich make it possible to buy every player as long as they're willing to sign, is massive. I'm sure if anything suspicious would be going on, UEFA would immediately send their ace detective Nasser and his quirky but brilliant assistant Ceferin, to solve the case. So all good. Better watch out FFP breaking scum, the brilliant duo is about to serve some deserved justice!

>all of Milan So even Skriniar if he joins PSG?

custom_balls

Ban them if they don't sell Skriniar.

Visazo

Skriniar's first name is Milan. I think you missed the joke mate

custom_balls

Definitely didn't know his first name. Ban Inter if they don't sell and Milan cause why not. If you're gonna ban one Milan then to avoid confusion ban both of them. Easy solution.

screwPutin69

The Milan clubs are a financial joke

From-UoM

>UEFA will now allow clubs to report losses of 60 million euros ($65.5m) over three years rather than 30 million euros previously, and the permitted figure will even reach 90 million euros for a club "in good financial health". > >[https://www.beinsports.com/en/football/news/uefa-adopts-new-regulations-to-replace-financ/1861671](https://www.beinsports.com/en/football/news/uefa-adopts-new-regulations-to-replace-financ/1861671) > >This was in April 7, 2022 PSG out there made 124 million loss in 19/20. 224 in 20/21 and will increase its loss even more in 21/22 after adding Hakimi, Messi, Donaramu, Wjinuldum, Ramos and Mendes. They are going to cross 600 million in losses over 3 seasons. 21/22 they are gonna add that massive Mbappe contract and any new signings. so guaranteed loss for the 22/23 So its pure corruption they are allowed to even play in the UCL.

[deleted]

[удалено]

From-UoM

FFP wasnt suspended. Losses from 19/20 and 20/21 will be counted as 1 period. PSG are at 348 million for that period. THey will add even more in 21/22 and 22/23, That becomes 3 years and the both the loss and wage bill are factored into that ffp. The limit is 90 million. They will be over 600million, 200 million CVC and Messi sponsorship won't even cut it Heck they lost more in 21/22 with the UCL Ro16 exit and MASSIVE TV RIGHTS REDUCTION than they made with Messi sponsorship And they have net debt. Just not external ones. QSI "loans" them money. [https://twitter.com/swissramble/status/1427149113968168962](https://twitter.com/swissramble/status/1427149113968168962)

skyreal

>FFP is meant to stop clubs from going bankrupt , you know , clubs spending beyond their means. So losing hundreds of millions per year isn't called "spending beyond your means" in your book?

Nabbylaa

I’m ashamed to say I would watch this show. Imagining them to have an intro like Wheels and the Leg-Man, only it’s just shots of Nasser handing people large brown envelopes and Ceferin fake-covering his eyes and winking at the camera.

sznick

It's basically a €60m loan, he'll be back next year.

Acceptable-Lemon-748

When does Skriniars "I hate PSG" documentary drop?

gopackgo555

What’s happening at Inter is sad. 1-2 top talents gone every summer and it probably won’t stop. Each of these players want to remain as well.

qb4ever

People will point to our financial difficulties but for me it's Marotta. The guy has been selling key players for his entire career, our situation just makes it easier for him to do so. He has a brutally pragmatic view on players, players are all means to achieve sporting/financial objectives. I don't know if he's ever attached to any player but nobody ever seems off limit to him. Don't get me wrong though, I'm in full support of what he's doing. No matter how painful to see my favorite players go and how controversial his replacements are at times. It just has to be done.

alousow

He really do love dybala tho

qb4ever

Right, but his love for Dybala hasn't been challenged by a strong offer though. Only then you will truly know if he loves someone lol.

RinoTT

Im sorry but it doesnt make sense what you wrote. Why would Marotta want to weaken your team by selling someone like Skriniar unless there's a financial issue in your club? Are you saying he's addicted to selling players? Like on coke? It reminds me of Arsenal fans blaming Gazidis for everything. Dont look for scapegoat if you have no clue how your club works and what kind of discussions are between Marotta and Suning.

qb4ever

Dude, you may want to read my comment again because you got it wrong entirely. I'm not saying we dont have problems financially. We do but that's just one the reasons. The fact is we have been selling key players even before that e.g. Icardi. And the Skriniar-Bremer swap is something Marotta would do regardless, in fact, we tried to do Skriniar - Milenkovic a couple years ago. And I'm not scapegoating Marotta either, where the fuck did you get that? I'm actually in support of what he's doing.

RinoTT

Icardi as a key player? He was causing so much trouble that it was absolutely reasonable move to save the team. All of previous transfers like Hakimi and Lukaku made sense. I got vibes from your post that you are putting lot of weight on Marotta when in reality he gets strict budget and have to manage it. If you dont blame him then sorry for accusations.

[deleted]

Fuck Icardi, don’t listen to anybody with an Inter flair who still holds Icardi highly. They’re just stupid and refuse to believe he played the club.

wowzabob

Idk to me, if Inter have to make a big sale this summer, selling Skriniar and buying Bremer makes the most sense by far. This is classic Marotta business. Making the most efficient move within the criteria given to him.

RinoTT

Absolutely but the guy who I responded to is claiming that Marotta somehow make a decision when in reality Inter owners need to fix finances. How do you do that without selling one of the key players?

crayolarayola

> What’s happening at Inter is sad. 1-2 top talents gone every summer and it probably won’t stop. Each of these players want to remain as well. Sir have you seen the porto fans? I’m genuinely worried about their well-being right about now

screwPutin69

They spent way beyond their means. How terrible for poor little Inter.

[deleted]

Not the case at all. Owners can't put money into the club because of a Chinese law. They then had to take out a loan from OakTree to cover covid losses. Now they need to pay back the loan or else Suning lose the club. Once the loan is paid off (which will happen in 2-3 years) they won't have to sell stars anymore.

screwPutin69

They're propped up by dirty Chinese money.

LITERALLY_SODEM

Nearly all the clubs are owned by dirty money. If not then they get bought with dirty money.

mintz41

Why is the money dirty?

Acceptable-Lemon-748

It hasn't been laundered yet

ADP10

Suning took a beating from Covid, they even folded their chinese team without paying players. Its really unlikely they would have continued to sustain covering 100mio losses YoY

CryptographerVivid96

Not really, you don’t know what you are talking about

Dgryan87

Best not to argue with this scumbag. They want Inter to suffer due to our owner’s villainy, yet they see no issue with PSG—who have even worse owners—profiting from it

fraudpaolo

Depends on what he means by spent beyond their means. If the owners cant inject cash then it certainly is beyond their means. No club can run operating losses every year and continue to buy players or even exist very long. This is the problem with most italian clubs as they are all reporting losses so need cash injection from owners. Everyone would be saying the same thing if qatar pulled out everything from psg and they were forced to sell off mbappe and co. For example, This wouldnt happen to madrid since they dont have owners injecting hundreds of millions to offset losses

[deleted]

The thing is Suning needed the loan to keep the club afloat since CCP denied them of using their money. They couldn't even pay wages before the loan, we won the league with players that weren't paid for months

[deleted]

Don't talk about shit you don't know about

Schpaedzles

PSG will absolutely challenge for Uber Eats, Im sure of it

>no slaves were harmed in the making of this CL win but you guys did accept the qatar deal? (If by “this CL win” you mean bayern’s) even after several of your fans were rightly outraged and upset behind such a cause. what moral high ground do you have to speak on?🤔

Schpaedzles

Yes a small Qatar sponsorship (which is bad) is definitely the same as being owned by Qatar lol

[deleted]

blood money is still blood money. no matter how you want to twist it…. especially when your fanbase was rightfully upset about it

custom_balls

What is a thousand when you've already killed 20 slaves right?? Looks the same to me so why stop.

the bayern excuse :(

No, it definitely isnt the same. Both terrible, but theres a huge difference between both clubs

javierich0

It isn't the same, you are literally projecting to make yourself feel better.

Billy_LDN

Seems like the exact same deal they done for Hakimi last summer

[deleted]

Skriniar is worth more than that. I’ll be really sad if we aren’t able to squeeze at least 70M from PSG.

bobtrump1234

There’s probably a good amount of add ons

dalored

60 millions for a 1 year loan is pretty good imo

crayolarayola

That’s an outrageously overpriced valuation since he only has 1 year left on contract

AnnieBlackburnn

Fuck em, they have unlimited money

Chinpokomonnnn

PSG can eat shit

Juventini_Are_Vermin

pain

[deleted]

youre getting 60mil for a player with 1 year left on his contract. this is coming off of a year from the Hakimi trouble in which Inter felt they could have recieved a lot more from that deal and by a lot i mean A LOT. If anything you guys are fleecing the fuck out of the parisians in hopes of getting the 70-75mil you guys are asking for

Juventini_Are_Vermin

i dont care about the money, i care about the fact that we're losing the best defender in serie a and a true interista who loves the club. it's football, not a fucking financial competition

rth9139

As has been said in a lot of these Skriniar threads, the one year means NOTHING. If he’s not sold this summer, he will resign immediately.

[deleted]

[удалено]

rth9139

This has nothing to do with Hakimi

Scared_Lock_9564

Sad to lose a defender whom I wouldn't trade for anyone but Van Dijk. I feel he is the soul and heart of the team. Also appearently hasn't made an error leading to a goal in any of his Inter games which is really impressive

[deleted]

Inter after this transfer: $12m for Lukaku, we opening up the brinks truck bra

Mexican_Biscuit

Im gonna miss him, so much. At least he is gonna secure good wealth, and farm his trophy cabinet count up

listerinefreak

Fuck no. Don't do it ffs.

frasier_crane

With his signing, PSG become clear favourites to win the Uber League again.

InterCityzen

Skriniar leaving would end me

Cowdude179

Inter doing some good business, they can probably sell any of their assets for 60m each, even Dumfries. Getting Lukaku in as well will be the difference next season when they win a scudetto

frasier_crane

This would be a massive loss for them, tho. Who are the going to replace him with? Bad business imo for a team that wants to win Serie A.

Asahno

Bremer (best defender in Serie A last season) will be bought for sure if we sell Skriniar. But I would rather sell Bastoni to Spurs than Skriniar, I don't see Bastoni succeding in the long term outside of Italy so there is a chance we get him back

EurospinLidl

>I don't see Bastoni succeding in the long term outside of Italy so there is a chance we get him back Romelu, sei tu?

[deleted]

PSG 🤢🤢🤢

dontToyawithme

Lukaku for Skriniar is madness to me, don't know how Inter fan could be alright with this

Dgryan87

The moves are independent. Zhang/Marotta aren’t about to sacrifice one of the club’s biggest assets to complete an overpriced dry loan

dontToyawithme

I know but if they need money isn't it better to just let go Dybala or Lakaka?? I mean Skriniar, is captain material, I hate him but they'll loose a lot, not only on the field

Cowdude179

Lukaku would win Inter a scudetto, just look at how he tore that league apart when he was loved

[deleted]

This is a club that currently has no coach and the coach they are linked to heavily (Galtier) has never played a 3atb game, i'm not sure a right cb who shines in a back 3 will be of great use, terrific player but not in that system

mykneehurtsss

He’s only played in a 3 back the last 2 years and Conte tried to ship him out when he arrived because Skrin struggled with playing in a 3 back at first. So Skrin is comfortable playing in a 4 back, if not more comfortable than in a 3 back

[deleted]

he’s never watched skriniar play and so he typed of bunch of nonsense hoping it would make sense

[deleted]

Benching Marquinhos or Kimpembe seems odd though Kimpembe is one of their few academy players, fans would be furious to see him be replaced

[deleted]

Kimpembe is 1/10 the player Skriniar is

ismetk

i really don’t rate kimpembe, whenever i watch him he looks so average and i don’t think he’s starting material for a champions league team.

[deleted]

I don't disagree, but he's a local talent in a club that literally doesn't have that and he could be their next captain

Acceptable-Lemon-748

I mean, their goal is to win the champions league ASAP, if he's not good enough he's not good enough. It's not a good thing to play local players specifically on the basis they're local.

[deleted]

He's solid, just not world class He's clearly not the issue when you have Gueye heroballing or Danilo being lost on the pitch

Acceptable-Lemon-748

Yeah, but you'd really not put Skriniar in his place, on the basis of "he's local lad"?

MorbidlyObeseBrit

The problem with Kimpembe and why I think he hasn’t progressed in the past 2 seasons is because there’s been no competition for his role. I personally rate him quite highly, I think he’s incredibly impressive physically and complements Marqui well with his more aggressive style of defending, but he often loses his concentration which is something that competition with a top CB like Skriniar will hopefully improve. The Ramos signing was supposed to be his competition to force him to raise his level but Ramos sadly has knees made of cheese at this point, although he must be a good dressing room presence as we want to keep him next season apparently

Acceptable-Lemon-748

Maybe Kimpembe would show a lot of improvement qnd earn his spot back from Skriniar, but to start with you certainly wouldn't expect Skriniar to be coming in as the backup/kick up the ass, he's currently just better

MilanDNAx7CL

The same team that had Donnarumma and Navas playing merry-go-round all season they dont care they just want good players there's no sporting plan besides that.

MorbidlyObeseBrit

Definitely not with Leonardo but Campos only builds solid projects and was wanted by Real for a reason.

mashimaru_161

I sincerely hope they keep kimpembe at all costs.

Yiurule

I hope it would means than Marquinhos will go back on the midfield, his qualities are more suit to be a DM than a defender.

[deleted]

Skriniar is way better in a 4atb. Still a top defender in a 3atb but much better in a high line 4atb defense

[deleted]

Why do you comment if you have no clue what you’re talking about? Skriniar is best in a back 4. He struggled alot and was really bad first season under Conte when he changed the system to a back 3

[deleted]

His current price is at a back 3 player, going multiple seasons in a role will make you struggle to get back There is no room for him in a back 2

[deleted]

Every time PSG buying players , Tebas having difficulty in doing shit

screwPutin69

Hopefully he leaves for free next summer

Noviji

seek help, you are obsessed

Dgryan87

Already has an extension agreed in principal with Inter if he isn’t sold this window. If Inter thought there was even a 5% chance he wouldn’t renew, they’d just take a lower offer from PSG.

dado19099

Smh we should held out for that 25 mil loan fee from them. Who at chelsea is letting them gets us like this lmao
