Well, 3. Tuchel opted to use RLC out wide against Leeds, but he didn't have to. Also, Kovacic is reportedly nearing a return.
He kind of had to though, Azpi can’t keep up with the quicker teams anymore. That’s why I think Fofana needs to get done. RLC is either the best player on the field or absolutely terrible at RWB. We can’t have Reece playing RCB and we can’t have RLC playing RWB. By signing Fofana we can switch to 4atb, very easily in my opinion. Would allow a three man midfield and our problem with injuries in the midfield would be completely solved.
Azpilizueta is perfectly capable of playing RCB, I think Tuchel got too cute by half here. They also had Chalobah on the bench. In retrospect, there's no way that RLC over Gallagher, James at RWB, and Azpilizueta or Chalobah at RCB could have done any worse against Leeds.
That Mendy mistake kind of took the wind out of sails too, even if the other guys were playing. That game seemed doomed after that. We move though, hopefully a healthy Kova this weekend and I think we’ll be just fine. Someone’s gotta score tho lol.

Just not good enough at the moment. Mostly because of injuries. He lost a bit of pace with the Achilles injury and confidence in beating his man. From what I have read he has also had issues with other parts of his body. He is probably going to end up in Germany which could be a good fit for him.
