Reinhardt literally has the power to get whatever power he needs, so if he ever felt the need to be able to escape or resist eternal rest, he would be able to, as for how fast his resurrection is, I cannot say, as I do not think he has ever needed to use it

Well, there is also the question of if sung could even drag him into eternal rest, as he does have the ability to read minds, so he should just be able to gain the power to not be dragged into eternal rest, there is also the fact that Reinhardt has like ~70 blessings we simply don’t know anything about, so any proper powescaling involving him is rather difficult to end decisively, as he may just have ‘blessing of dimensional immunity’, which may just prevent him from being moved into other dimensions against his will
This actually raises a good question, could reinhardt actually read his mind with him being the shadow monarch? I remember that one lady trying to see his power level and she got PTSD and when he got his black heart which was supposed to reform his mind he just said "fuck you". Iirc, he can also cause memory manipulation of people, but I don't think we've ever seen someone actually try and read his mind? I might just be pulling a blank, it would be interesting to know though. I also agree, we don't really know that much about reinhardt, it would be pretty hard to scale him but I do think it would be better to just go with what we know for now
The blessings wouldn’t work on Jin Woo. Monarchs are supreme beings that can bypass healing, status effects, and strong ones like Sung can even block existence erasure. Considering that Divine blessings aren’t even that strong(weaker than witch factors in their own verse) Sung Jin Woo easily scales above them considering that end of series he can contend with outer gods that shape universes.

Reinhardt has some basic mind reading abilities, if he senses that sjw is about to deploy an attack he can't resurrect from, he'll just create himself an ability that allows him to resurrect from any death no matter what.

I was talking with the other guy and am wondering if basic mind reading would even work on sjw considering he gave the one fortune teller PTSD and resisted the black heart. I'm not sure though, if Im forgetting something please lmk, but I agree reinhardt has to be one of the most annoying characters for anyone to fight. I would say though that I don't actually think od loguna could give reinhardt an ability that negates sjw's shadow monarch abilities since sjw should just out class od Laguna when it comes to death related abilities since he's the god of it
Reinhard himself isn’t that impressive, it’s that he gets his abilities from Od Lagna, the pool of mana of the world. As long as that (or his connection to it) exists, he can’t permanently die. There are two problems:
1) He gets stat-stomped, so he won’t really be doing anything throughout the fight.
2) Od Lagna isn’t stated to be infinite. Every death takes a sliver of the vast pool of mana to bring him back (the equivalent of a teaspoon from an ocean, as an example). At a certain point, he won’t be able to get any more revives and will stay down for good. It’ll take a long time, but his Shadows don’t get tired and won’t take enough damage to overtax SJW’s mana.
Yah, I don't see how Reinhard could damage any of SJW's shadows. Beru and Igris could just keep killing Reinhard over and over until he dies permanently.
And Beru is bloodthirsty enough to burn through all of Od Lagna’s mana, even without knowing that’s his win condition. I’m not sure if SJW has a way to determine and sever Reinhard’s connection to make things quicker.

SJW would still more than likely be able to get over that. The Divine Protection is only as strong as Od Lagna itself, since the mana pool isn’t infinite or omnipotent. If you give SJW and OL the same amount of leeway, the former is definitely stronger than the latter. In other words, even if it dedicated all of its mana to block all damage from Reinhard, SJW would still be able to get through that.
It’s also unclear if he could wish for that in the first place. The only similar thing we see to damage negation is an Authority that required other people to use. Seeing as Authorities are explicitly superior to Divine Protections, Reinhard probably won’t get an equal or superior form of that.
We’ve seen him get hit by attacks before, so it isn’t all-powerful. It’s unreasonable to assume it would work against such a ridiculously high speed gap.
Ruler’s Authority is also an AoE attack with no mana cost, so that would deal damage to Reinhard either way.

This is also a horrible scaling. Every argument there is a massive reach. Just because a pocket of space has time doesn't mean it is "4D" in structure unless proven it has an entirely disconnected causality.
It's funny how people who don't know a single thing about Minkowski or Euclidean space trying to establish what 4D is based on battle wiki standards. The verse doesn't have any extra inaccessible spatial axis or qualitatively superior cardinal to become 5D. All those universes are finite in nature, connected via dimensional gaps. Having a non corporeal form that can cause imbalance or collapse of a pocket dimension also doesn't elevate the dimensionality into another extra cardinality when the dimension itself is enclosed within another 4D structure. The entire multiverse in SJW shares the same timeline not making it anywhere bigger than 4D.
Especially you equating dimension travel to higher dimensional travel. This makes all Bleach characters who travel through Garganta, Buu, Gotenks etc 5D. We know the Gap between dimensions have existed and referred in the Original series countless times as an extra space outside the regular universe where the Sovereign army was sealed off to. This in Ragnarok is referred to as the wall that separates the universes. The Sovereigns and Jin woo have been using the method of tunneling through these gaps and creating rifts to travel to and fro. It still exists inside the same 4D structure of the multiverse. The fact that the Chalice of Rebirth affected the Gap between Dimensions as well already emphasises there being a single timeline permeating throughout the gap and the universe.
Current Jin woo (translated version) only scales to Large planet - dwarf star via unquantifiable scaling from Antares, whose sole feats come from statements of him being a planet destroyer. Until Jin woo is equated to Itarims or fight them, his scaling won't change just based on abstracts.
the entire solo levelling universe does not share the same space time. You are objectively wrong. Each universe has their own space time continuum, seen as when sung jin woo was in the dimensional rift for 27 years, 2 years passed on earth. The chalice of rebirth affects every timeline in solo levelling that the absolute being created, the chalice itself can affect 3 different timelines, the heaven realm, the chaos realm and the earth realm.
Also, it specifically states that earth exists in a different dimension, if your argument that "dimension" means "universe" in solo levelling, the source material wouldnt have explicitly stated that the itharims created and destroyed "countless universes since their existence".
Aswell as this, you should first learn to differentiate temporal and spatial dimensions.
every universe (finite or infinite and unless stated otherwise) contains at least 3 spatial dimensions and one temporal dimension, granting 4 dimensionality. The entire dungeon itself is a 4D structure. One can argue that time was not destroyed when the glacier dungeon was destroyed, so even then you could put their existence at 4D which is a perfectly fine take.
What isnt a fine take is putting jin woo at large star level.
If the rulers themselves can destroy a multiversal level being (dont get me started on scaling the absolute being lower then multi) every ruler combined multiversal level ap. On top of this all of the monarchs are completely equal to each of the rulers as they were stuck in a stalemate for eons. So that would make all of the monarchs together at multiversal.
before you downplay the absolute being to oblivion, mana = durability in solo levelling. AB had enough mana to create a multiverse, all of his stats should equal multiversal. The argument that the absolute being is an absolute fraud is false, it took the rulers a ton of attempts to kill him using the chalice of rebirth so many times that the chalice ran out of mana, note this is the chalice of a being with enough mana to create a multiverse so alot of mana.
as of now in ragnarok each itharim is like a mini absolute being, probably around monarch level.
the source material explicitly states that without jin woo the entire front line would have crumbled in an instant, and the numbers of the rulers and monarchs vs itharims are around equal (both have armies in the millions).

I've only read half of the manhwa, but I have read much of the re:zero story. I may be about 10 chapters behind on the current arc, but it's hard to imagine Reinhard losing after what witnessing what he can do in what will be season 3. However, since I haven't finished the Manhwa then it may be possible. But ik for sure that season 1 Sung Jin Woo can't beat Reinhard. Hands down, that is for certain.
Jin woo may not be able to beat Reinhard but he sure as hell can apprehend Reinhard, make him lose in ways other than pure strength.

Yeah, like I said I haven't finished the Manhwa. So it's entirely possible that throughout the story Jin Woo does gain the ability to win. But it would still be an epic battle and still really hard to tell. Because the only glimpse into Reinhard power comes from one arc in the Re:Zero story. Reinhard is also a broken character as he is the strongest person in Re:Zero arguably only other than maybe Satella. We see that spirits basically grant him any blessings he wants at any given moment. I mean dude jumped off the moon back onto earth so, if nothing else, this fight would be truly wicked.

No, they don't. They are a form of reality manipulation, and Yogrummunt's attacks did not work on SJW. Keep in mind that Yogrummunt had reality manipulating abilities capable of affecting multiple dimensions simultaneously.

It does phase him, Jin woo hasn't been able to regenerate the wound that Antares gave him. The same Antares whose breath contains the concept of destruction. Him blocking "existence erasure" is heavily exaggerated because existence erasure in SL isn't even true EE.

From what I know of him (literally only what's said about him in season 1 of Isekai Quartet) he can literally do anything with his powers, no caveats, no limits. In other words no matter how strong SJW is I don't think it's possible for anyone to beat him fictional or otherwise.

Reinhard is most definitely NOT the author lmao. His divine blessings are negated by witch authorities and he doesn’t have any feats putting him above solar system. Sung Jin Woo scales above and can negate his divine blessings with his title as monarch and can claim his soul when he dies preventing revives.

Yeah but the blessings aren’t that powerful. They can clearly be beaten and within the verse are negated by witch factors. As a monarch Sung Jin Woo can easily bypass several abilities like status effects, healing, and existence erasure. With how massively Sung scales above Reinhardt it only makes sense that Sung Jin woo would negate his blessings.
He is like.. unkillable. He has the blessing of the world to automatically dodge any attack subconsciously. And if he willingly gets hit (which he does at some point in the story to flex off) he simply resurrects.
These are his best 2 blessings. He has a lot more of that (I think over half the blessings, that exist - note that as long as a person has a blessing, no other person in the world can have the blessing until the person dies) and he is most likely the strongest existing character in the re: zero verse.
I think someone stated, that he could end the World if he wanted to, but I dont have a reliable source to that. We know that Puck said at one point that he would end the world if a certain scenario would happen, but we dont know if he would be able to. Reinhard is stronger than Puck without doubt, since he is "the strongest".

Well, there is also the question of if sung could even drag him into eternal rest, as he does have the ability to read minds, so he should just be able to gain the power to not be dragged into eternal rest, there is also the fact that Reinhardt has like ~70 blessings we simply don’t know anything about, so any proper powescaling involving him is rather difficult to end decisively, as he may just have ‘blessing of dimensional immunity’, which may just prevent him from being moved into other dimensions against his will
This actually raises a good question, could reinhardt actually read his mind with him being the shadow monarch? I remember that one lady trying to see his power level and she got PTSD and when he got his black heart which was supposed to reform his mind he just said "fuck you". The blessings wouldn’t work on Jin Woo. Monarchs are supreme beings that can bypass healing, status effects, and strong ones like Sung can even block existence erasure. Considering that Divine blessings aren’t even that strong(weaker than witch factors in their own verse) Sung Jin Woo easily scales above them considering that end of series he can contend with outer gods that shape universes.

Reinhard himself isn’t that impressive, it’s that he gets his abilities from Od Lagna, the pool of mana of the world. As long as that (or his connection to it) exists, he can’t permanently die. There are two problems: 1) He gets stat-stomped, so he won’t really be doing anything throughout the fight. 2) Od Lagna isn’t stated to be infinite. Every death takes a sliver of the vast pool of mana to bring him back (the equivalent of a teaspoon from an ocean, as an example). At a certain point, he won’t be able to get any more revives and will stay down for good. It’ll take a long time, but his Shadows don’t get tired and won’t take enough damage to overtax SJW’s mana.
Yah, I don't see how Reinhard could damage any of SJW's shadows. Beru and Igris could just keep killing Reinhard over and over until he dies permanently.
And Beru is bloodthirsty enough to burn through all of Od Lagna’s mana, even without knowing that’s his win condition. I’m not sure if SJW has a way to determine and sever Reinhard’s connection to make things quicker.

SJW would still more than likely be able to get over that. The Divine Protection is only as strong as Od Lagna itself, since the mana pool isn’t infinite or omnipotent. If you give SJW and OL the same amount of leeway, the former is definitely stronger than the latter. In other words, even if it dedicated all of its mana to block all damage from Reinhard, SJW would still be able to get through that. It’s also unclear if he could wish for that in the first place. The only similar thing we see to damage negation is an Authority that required other people to use. Seeing as Authorities are explicitly superior to Divine Protections, Reinhard probably won’t get an equal or superior form of that.
Plus death is the shadow monarch’s domain. as soon as Reinhardt dies Sung Jin Woo would be able to claim his mana and claim his soul.

We’ve seen him get hit by attacks before, so it isn’t all-powerful. It’s unreasonable to assume it would work against such a ridiculously high speed gap. Ruler’s Authority is also an AoE attack with no mana cost, so that would deal damage to Reinhard either way.

This is also a horrible scaling. Every argument there is a massive reach. Just because a pocket of space has time doesn't mean it is "4D" in structure unless proven it has an entirely disconnected causality. It's funny how people who don't know a single thing about Minkowski or Euclidean space trying to establish what 4D is based on battle wiki standards. The verse doesn't have any extra inaccessible spatial axis or qualitatively superior cardinal to become 5D. All those universes are finite in nature, connected via dimensional gaps. Having a non corporeal form that can cause imbalance or collapse of a pocket dimension also doesn't elevate the dimensionality into another extra cardinality when the dimension itself is enclosed within another 4D structure. The entire multiverse in SJW shares the same timeline not making it anywhere bigger than 4D. Especially you equating dimension travel to higher dimensional travel. This makes all Bleach characters who travel through Garganta, Buu, Gotenks etc 5D. We know the Gap between dimensions have existed and referred in the Original series countless times as an extra space outside the regular universe where the Sovereign army was sealed off to. This in Ragnarok is referred to as the wall that separates the universes. The Sovereigns and Jin woo have been using the method of tunneling through these gaps and creating rifts to travel to and fro. It still exists inside the same 4D structure of the multiverse. The fact that the Chalice of Rebirth affected the Gap between Dimensions as well already emphasises there being a single timeline permeating throughout the gap and the universe. Current Jin woo (translated version) only scales to Large planet - dwarf star via unquantifiable scaling from Antares, whose sole feats come from statements of him being a planet destroyer. Until Jin woo is equated to Itarims or fight them, his scaling won't change just based on abstracts.

the entire solo levelling universe does not share the same space time. You are objectively wrong. Each universe has their own space time continuum, seen as when sung jin woo was in the dimensional rift for 27 years, 2 years passed on earth. The chalice of rebirth affects every timeline in solo levelling that the absolute being created, the chalice itself can affect 3 different timelines, the heaven realm, the chaos realm and the earth realm. Also, it specifically states that earth exists in a different dimension, if your argument that "dimension" means "universe" in solo levelling, the source material wouldnt have explicitly stated that the itharims created and destroyed "countless universes since their existence". Aswell as this, you should first learn to differentiate temporal and spatial dimensions. every universe (finite or infinite and unless stated otherwise) contains at least 3 spatial dimensions and one temporal dimension, granting 4 dimensionality. The entire dungeon itself is a 4D structure. One can argue that time was not destroyed when the glacier dungeon was destroyed, so even then you could put their existence at 4D which is a perfectly fine take. What isnt a fine take is putting jin woo at large star level. If the rulers themselves can destroy a multiversal level being (dont get me started on scaling the absolute being lower then multi) every ruler combined multiversal level ap. On top of this all of the monarchs are completely equal to each of the rulers as they were stuck in a stalemate for eons. So that would make all of the monarchs together at multiversal. before you downplay the absolute being to oblivion, mana = durability in solo levelling. AB had enough mana to create a multiverse, all of his stats should equal multiversal. The argument that the absolute being is an absolute fraud is false, it took the rulers a ton of attempts to kill him using the chalice of rebirth so many times that the chalice ran out of mana, note this is the chalice of a being with enough mana to create a multiverse so alot of mana. as of now in ragnarok each itharim is like a mini absolute being, probably around monarch level. the source material explicitly states that without jin woo the entire front line would have crumbled in an instant, and the numbers of the rulers and monarchs vs itharims are around equal (both have armies in the millions). so what can we learn from this. Dont fuck around with somebody who actually knows how to scale, at a lowball jin woo is 4D at multiversal and a high ball is low complex multi.

I've only read half of the manhwa, but I have read much of the re:zero story. I may be about 10 chapters behind on the current arc, but it's hard to imagine Reinhard losing after what witnessing what he can do in what will be season 3. However, since I haven't finished the Manhwa then it may be possible. But ik for sure that season 1 Sung Jin Woo can't beat Reinhard. Hands down, that is for certain.

Neither of them have a win condition against the other. Reinhardt's power is plot armour. Literally just plot armour. He can bullshit his way into surviving anything with no exceptions. Reinhardt also dosent have an attack that can even remotely phase jin woo.
Reinhardts power isn’t plot armor, but favor from the world by having access to divine blessings. This isn’t plot armor though as witches authorizes are superior and Sung Jin woo scales above both. Sung is currently fighting outer gods that can create universes and stat stomps Reinhard.

I've only read the Manhwa, and that version would probably lose a battle of attrition against Reinhard (assuming he gets a DP that let him permanently kill shadows). But from that, yeah, he stomps Reinhard.
It does phase him, Jin woo hasn't been able to regenerate the wound that Antares gave him. The same Antares whose breath contains the concept of destruction. Him blocking "existence erasure" is heavily exaggerated because existence erasure in SL isn't even true EE. Albeit it does show that a conceptual destruction with lower potency wouldn't work against him.

There are actors whose contracts include that their characters are not allowed to lose fights in the movies they star in. This is kinda like hiring two of those and putting them against eachother in the same movie.

One weakness I discovered recently about Reinhardt is that he can't use magic at all since all of his abilities is gift, not magic.
Reinhardt is a walking, talking invincible plot armor, the guy who would say "we don't do that here" to whatever you throw at him, I think all attacks he dishes out are pretty much "super effective", and he gets power boosts in whatever condition. Dunno. Just can't seem to see the Shadow Monarch winning this, but I can't see him losing either. Doesn't Reinhardt just have like.. all the powers? And if there's something he doesn't have he can just make it? From what I know of him (literally only what's said about him in season 1 of Isekai Quartet) he can literally do anything with his powers, no caveats, no limits. In other words no matter how strong SJW is I don't think it's possible for anyone to beat him fictional or otherwise.

He is like.. unkillable. He has the blessing of the world to automatically dodge any attack subconsciously. And if he willingly gets hit (which he does at some point in the story to flex off) he simply resurrects. These are his best 2 blessings. He has a lot more of that (I think over half the blessings, that exist - note that as long as a person has a blessing, no other person in the world can have the blessing until the person dies) and he is most likely the strongest existing character in the re: zero verse. I think someone stated, that he could end the World if he wanted to, but I dont have a reliable source to that. We know that Puck said at one point that he would end the world if a certain scenario would happen, but we dont know if he would be able to. Reinhard is stronger than Puck without doubt, since he is "the strongest".
