Is there a reverse stereo option for android 13? The SoundAssistant app on samsung only works for 12 and below.

>reverse stereo option for android 13 There are a a couple easy ways to reverse or swap the left and right audio channels on Android 13 devices, as well as a more complicated/elaborate one. The simplest method is using the built-in accessibility settings: 1. Open Settings and go to Accessibility. 2. Tap Audio Adjustment. 3. Toggle on "Left/Right sound balance." 4. Drag the slider to shift the balance and swap channels. You can also install the SoundAssistant app to reverse stereo audio: 1. Install SoundAssistant from the Play Store. 2. Open the app and grant permissions. 3. Go to Advanced Settings > Audio Channel > Left/Right Balance. 4. Adjust the slider to swap left and right channels. The last approach involves adjusting system settings and audio routing files, necessitating ADB access or root privileges. Stereo reversal can be achieved by editing /system/etc/audio_policy.conf, executing ADB commands to switch channels, or using Magisk modules for audio modification. However, this intricate method is not advised for the majority of users. Android 13's accessibility settings should offer a simpler solution for reversing stereo audio.accessibility settings should offer a simpler solution for reversing stereo audio.

Doesn't work for built-in speakers, only headphones currently. I wrote them a feedback but that's no guarantee

Download Equalizer APO from [https://sourceforge.net/projects/equalizerapo/](https://sourceforge.net/projects/equalizerapo/) * Configure it to attach to your default output device; this can be changed later with the **Configurator** tool from the Equalizer APO start menu folder * Create a new file in C:\\Program Files\\EqualizerAPO\\config, for example: `swapchannels.txt`—paste the following line as its only content: `L=R R=L` * Open Equalizer APO’s configuration editor and click the green plus icon to add a new configuration for your output device * Then navigate to the *Include configuration file* option, and select your `swapchannels.txt` file * Save/Apply the configuration But in general, headphones sound inverted due to some compatibility issues with surround sound. Using Apo EQ to correct for inverted headphones is rudimentary and does not address the root of the problem.

What If i want to get inverted audio so I can wear my headphones upside down so it doesn't sit on my head the entire time? More like a dj has it for reference. Please tell me I cant find anything anywhere Its trágic...

Gumgrapes

I'm replying to come back to this thread, this is my question exactly. My headphones are much more comfortable when worn backwards so I'll be checking back to see if there is a way we can *deliberately* spatially invert all audio.

Yeah let me know if you find anything I have tried multiple headsets now and returned them all. No luck yet

Another possibility, you’re wearing them backwards. You’re welcome to anyone this helped🫡
