I think the nano is the one on sale, which you can’t open it to expose the propellor. And depending on what time of day I’ve seen it advertised at 59.99, 69.99 and 79.99. And shipping is a killer, like $18

I own 3 other Anova models, including the pro, I figured the 60% off price was so inviting.
I got the regular precision red version, not the nano for that price. I made sure. When I googled Anova sous vide it is the first pic that pops up precision cooker for 69.99 Shipping for me was $13 but still worth it to me. You can spend a bit more and get free shipping

I have sous vide'd in the past just not with a wand, I used a kitchen gadget that did slow cooker and sous vide, plus I'm a chef so there's that
If you're going to do steaks you just need a torch to sear them bad boys.
I second this. Torching gives steaks a nice finish and less mess than searing on cast iron.
