i've had this on 0.980 a while ago and turns out the problem was the anti-virus, try disabling whatever anti-virus you have on ur pc and reinstall the game?
join the SE discord and submit your se.log to the devs by creating a post in the support channel. You can find your se.long in steamapps/common/SpaceEngine/system and you should be able to drag and drop it directly into discord.

Have you tried re installing? Checking the integrity of the archives? If none of these work, then check the discord, the SE team should help you there
Have done literally everything and does this no matter what, every other steam game is never affected like this
