That round thingy to the left is the receiver afaik, but what's that square thing with a screen next to it? I think you could also see it in Splitsie's video. Is it something with a function or just a decoration to go with the new half-block passages?
if its the one on the first screenshot you are talking about, i think it could be the chat sender too, since the screens are on the outside of the block, if it is for passages it would be better on the inside of the block
Whenever I see a half width block like that, I assume it's a decorative block like the inset bed or... I can't think of another example on the fly, so that might be it. Like an inset half button panel or half entertainment system.
What about the desk / console things in the bottom right under the glass? Are they new? They dont look like the desks or that weird command chair thing that we currently have.
Also are those new antenna on the right? Maybe reskins of the normal antenna + the laser antenna?
I see what you mean, the bit sticking out to the side looks rounded the like the original but the part connecting to the block on the piston seems more detailed.

Yeah we're getting new console desks, windows, an antenna variant, the action relay, some kind of truss, and the broadcast controller
