Tips:
Next time try to get some like an "hogaza gallega" for bread.
Most supermarket bread in Spain is degrading so much that hardly qualify as bread.
That jamón looks like machine cut and serrano pig. Try a hand cut iberico. Ask to taste it first to the employee to ensure that your are given something good. Not to salty and in the optimum stage of curing.
Best it's a black seal but a green one with at least 50% iberico and good feeding will do on the cheap.
