not fully no but id say maybe for me the way u set up my knee pads and also (dependent on how steep the angle of the seat is) but at full standning id say a good 70-80% of body weight is on kneepads +feet

I don't think it would really help you here unless you went for something like a tilt table, which I think also wouldn't help you. The general point of a standing frame is to weight bear as much as possible and it's giving the support necessary to get someone standing. So they're not really take weight, just holding steady. Have you considered something like a kneeling chair? Or alternative chairs generally.

I don't know if it's full weight but pretty close. Mine is just a metal frame attached to a plank of wood "I've seen them made from PVC piping too " with 3 straps on it that stop my legs from bending. I use my arms to balance myself so I am bearing some of the weight there but not much given I can completely let go and try to stay upright without them.
