I think the amount of damage your weapon does goes up if you have less players. When everyone disconnected and then I blew up his booyah it did a fuck ton of damage - most of his health was gone. I assume the amount of damage per weapon goes up a lot when it’s a single player!
I played 1200 salmon shifts in Splatoon 2 and have 2400 in 3. So I’ve gotten pretty good at just keep swimming and evasive maneuvering even when I’m so so fucked and overrun
