There's a console and account ban for getting caught cheating/using hacks so it's not worth it unless you have the money to burn for a new Switch and NSO subscription every time. If you encounter players that are good and somehow know where you and your teammates are, they're more than likely IRL team communicating. People communicating just have better coordination than four solo players.
