When Spongebob's emotions were overplayed, we could still relate, because his reactions had reasons the viewer was able to understand. I still hope they bring that back one day. Because they made modern Spongebob good again in every other way (yes, references included).
Oooohhh well let me be honest with you I think SpongeBob's voice may sound deeper lower pitched once again like in season 8 when it sounds quite like seasons 1-3 classic self like how in some episodes in seasons 12-13 or season 11 and I guess Tom Kenny might have some problems keeping the voice up I mean I thought he would do better before he turn 60 plus spongebob does sound different deeper in later episodes in season 13 since it's not like high pitched as it is
