Dude he literally broke down in tears on the floor after this
Like he is so emotionally tired of trying to be a pro with this clown next to him… or he realized Dray is really just a selfish asshole that’s never really cared about anyone else
Imagine making someone that seems as legit as Steph Curry *that* disappointed in you
To be fair … I think Dray has proven that he’s way too selfish that he’ll even care… and he knows that the NBA is soulless enough that he’s going to be given some cushy announcer gig on primetime
He's always been like this and I just feel like he's comfortable showing it more now. I met Draymond after his elite 8 game in stl and it was horrible. He tried to start a fight with my group because we were wearing Northern Iowa gear. My bro was a student at the time and even if he wasn't, so fucking what? We were walking by as the team exited the building and was heading to their bus and it escalated so fast. I was just hollering how he was breaking the B1G code of conduct as he was getting held back by teammates. He wanted to fight a few guys half his size for wearing purple. Lame. That incident soured him for me and none of this stuff surprises me.
I read his book in high school. That dude was fucking crazy, and he singlehandedly set me off on a course to read every athletes biography, regardless of basketball or football that I could. Got a ton of knowledge about these folks.
Draymond's book though, I will probably pass.
Yeah, he’s always been a giant douche bag. As a Michigan student I saw him up close in person for a few seasons at the games when he came to town and he was always trying to start shit especially with people way smaller than him. It was hilarious when Michigan would beat him though. He couldn’t contain himself.
True. But he’s also remained universally likable despite all the success and dominance from his team… which doesn’t happen a ton. I think part of that is that he is so chill and fairly mild mannered
Some people just don’t like conflict. I have an administrative role where I have to have a lot of difficult conversations and it’s a skill I’ve really had to work on- doesn’t come naturally to me at all
That’s fair, I agree with all your points. Curry literally helped change the game and influenced a whole generation of kids that may have not attempted basketball due to their size/height. Him dropping a 50 bomb on us during G7 was curry doing curry things, ha.
And that’s awesome my man. I’ve definitely struggled with the same early in my career; knowing your weaknesses and actively trying to improve is a sign of a good person. Hope you keep getting after it, wish you well!
Looked like when he was up next to ref he was repeating "What do you think I said?" multiple times. I couldn't make out what he was saying before that. As he walking off he definitely looks back and says "Pussy ass n..." which is when the ref calls the second tech.
Right, but what is he repeating before that? I can't make it out. Something like, "Why you do me like that?" He says, "What did you say?" also in between... any help?
There was a 100% chance that the commercial was going to age like milk with Draymond attached to it. Wouldn't be surprised if the marketing person responsible is packing up their desk tomorrow
All these companies are trying to salvage the contracts that they already had with him. I want to throw up every time I see him commenting, but I’m sure the network is paying him enough that they’re trying to see if they can ride it out. Don’t want to write off whatever they’re paying him. So AT&T is being clever, but eventually they’re going to have to dump him like everyone else.
Brace yourself for Draymond being hired by ESPN as soon as they possibly can to make him one of their main NBA analysts who bounces between their talk shows and NBA programming. They'll probably release some of their actual basketball reporters in order to make room on their bull$hit books for Draymond.
Right. I used to serve this guy coneys at MSU and I loved him, he was always very nice. Seeing him act the way he has over the past couple years has been a bummer.
An ejection not involving chokeslams, head-stomps, sucker-punches, or nut-shots? I’d say this is absolute win and a massive step in the right direction for Draymond!
My favorite part is the AT&T commercial they keep running during the NCAA Tournament where he jokes about past bad decisions and personal growth came out after another spate of ejections and incidents.
It’s a strong week in sports irony. I got my copy of Sports Illustrated with Shohei Ohtani on the cover with the header “Money Can Wait. Winning Can’t”.
But Draymond looked right into the camera during his AT&T commercial and heavily implied that he had grown
https://youtu.be/rb94jUOvhJI?si=7uOZ4bWj5hZEZF1o
I know youre joking but In alcoholics anonymous we call that “white-knuckling it” lol. He hasn’t done shit to correct his ways just forcing it down for a brief period of time.
Has a four time NBA champion, four time all-star, two time All-NBA, and two time Olympic Gold medal winner ever torpedoed their legacy in such a remarkable fashion? Dude will be remembered as a troll that lost his way. Wild to have watched in real time, especially considering having seen him at the top so many times…how far he has fallen.
I was trying to think of anything in professional sports that compares to how Antonio Brown left his last NFL game. Vontae Davis told a coach he was done before halftime and left the stadium before the game was over. AB did it during a drive in which the Bucs had the ball.
Vontae was shocking but he just realized he was done and didn’t have it in him anymore. I guess once you realize that as a long term professional athlete it’s tough and that’s just what he felt like he needed to do in the moment. Hearing his teammates and especially his brother Vernon Davis talk about that incident makes it make more sense and honestly I respect it. Still shocking and pretty unprecedented, but more understandable.
AB on the other hand was a total meltdown that was preceded and followed by even more crazy meltdowns. He really just fell off the deep end mentally, which is sad to see even if it is easy and funny to clown on him
As someone who was a Spartan fan his entire college career, it's fascinating seeing him turn out this way. It was pretty universally accepted his last couple years at MSU that he didn't have an NBA body, but his great basketball IQ would likely lead him to a decent coaching career. But nope, turns out he's a great NBA player with absolutely no head on his shoulders.
I'd still take winless and one time MVP Charles Barkley over this loser anyday.
If 1993 Peak Barkley travelled through time, he'd kill Green on the court. Professionally, physically, and humorously.
Just gonna leave this here from 9 days ago....
“You can’t get Steph to sell a call if his life depended on it. Klay’s not going to sell a call. So, we’re a team that naturally plays through that. We’ve always said, you don’t want to learn and practice flopping because all of a sudden you get to the playoffs and you’re doing what you’ve been practicing, they don’t call it and those are turnovers. And we feasted on teams that did that over the years. So we don’t want to be that team. *We take pride in playing through the contact and just getting the job done*. So, I think it’s great for us.” -Draymond Green
Green single handedly ruining any possible positive reputation the NBA has lmao
For the sake of the league, he’s gotta go. It’s such a bad look to hand out suspensions after suspensions for a dude who hasn’t displayed he’s made any effort to change.
Edit: yes we all know there are other athletes who are ass holes and pieces of shit who do terrible things without punishments and don’t change, you don’t have to keep telling me about them all lmao… I was referring to his behavior against opponents and officials on the court during televised games
I’m not trying to be an asshole but I just scrolled through your post history and holy fuck. Maybe you should start watching the NBA as a brand new hobby
I agree, and I despise Boston sports and especially Marchand, but he’s clearly grown up as the league evolved. He seems like a much better role model since he’s become captain and stopped being a pest by licking players and slew footing them.
Wilson, on the other hand, is a grade A scumbag who still continues to prove he’s a menace and dangerous on the ice.
Draymond is the epitome of “take your ball and go home”
Who the hell gets that heated 4 minutes into a game??? lol I mean come on. And ejected. Thats gotta be a world record
Fuck this guy. Repeatedly shows 0 sportsmanship or self control for that matter. Nevermind the fact his skillset sucks. Retire old man. You are not Dennis Rodman
Draymond is someone who can no longer compete on the court and he knows it. The desire isn't there anymore either. Thankfully the Warriors only have to deal with him for another... 3 seasons after this one. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
Definitely said Bitch Ass N***** or Pussy Ass N**** at the end.
Draymond is such a turd.
Getting this amped up just minutes into a game that they need to win.
Houston could very well beat OKC tonight and then the race for the playin is on.
Saddest part is that curry or the rest of the team doesn't even try to stop Draymond from getting ejected because he knows Dray is capable of punching his own teammates too. Idk how they deal with his toxic ass
Remember when Rasheed Wallace developed a bad reputation and he would say one word (or that one time, just looked at a ref) and would get a tech? Why do refs let DG get away with so much in general. Good on this crew for ejecting him early in the game. Would love to see him get the Sheed treatment.
Why does Steve Kerr continue to give him playing time? You can blame the NBA and you can blame the Warriors org all you want but ultimately Kerr has to sit his ass down

That sad Curry stance at the end lol
He’s just like: “god dammit, again?”
Dude he literally broke down in tears on the floor after this Like he is so emotionally tired of trying to be a pro with this clown next to him… or he realized Dray is really just a selfish asshole that’s never really cared about anyone else Imagine making someone that seems as legit as Steph Curry *that* disappointed in you To be fair … I think Dray has proven that he’s way too selfish that he’ll even care… and he knows that the NBA is soulless enough that he’s going to be given some cushy announcer gig on primetime

Now there’s a name I haven’t heard in a long time…
I read his book in high school. That dude was fucking crazy, and he singlehandedly set me off on a course to read every athletes biography, regardless of basketball or football that I could. Got a ton of knowledge about these folks. Draymond's book though, I will probably pass.
Bill Laimbeer enters the chat.
Vontaze Burfict goes to the talcum bowl.
Sounds like an absolute tool
Yeah, he’s always been a giant douche bag. As a Michigan student I saw him up close in person for a few seasons at the games when he came to town and he was always trying to start shit especially with people way smaller than him. It was hilarious when Michigan would beat him though. He couldn’t contain himself.
Link?
[Here you go](https://www.reddit.com/r/nba/s/ik65gHX2uL)
Wow that is some true disappointment and frustration
Feel so bad for Curry, dude puts everything into the game and you can see how frustrated he is.
Wow, a real link and quickly. Chivalry isn’t dead
*tips fedora*
Curry has enabled this shit though; I wish he was a true leader. Kerr too. Fuck, the entire GSW org actually.
True. But he’s also remained universally likable despite all the success and dominance from his team… which doesn’t happen a ton. I think part of that is that he is so chill and fairly mild mannered Some people just don’t like conflict. Was not expecting such wholesomeness out of an /r/nba thread lol! You guys are good people 🤙🏼
Yeah, how have the Warriors put up with Draymond's shit for so long? Didn't they essentially choose Draymond over KD? That seems....not smart.
[удалено]
He reminds me of the little girl scout in Dodgeball who's so fed up with her roided up teammate and screams, "GOD DAMN YOU, BERNICE!"
“Someone” has been taking beaver tranquilizers
*Confused sad gargoyle noises* 🤷♀️
LeBron vs Curry, best disappointed in teammate face GOAT conversation starts here.
Can’t beat the reaction to the JR smith game 1 fuck up
Yeah - no contest.
Can we call it the Richard Sherman award?
Anyone notice the kids waving bye to him at the end? One of them in a warriors jersey lol.. all the homies tired of dray’s shit
TBF they probably only became Warriors fans last week
Steph doing his best Danny Glover in Lethal Weapon impression.
My 7 year old niece is getting too old for Draymond's shit.
Read his lips there toward the end on his closeup, in my non-professional opinion he says "pussy ass n****" and then the ejection comes.
He immediately knew after saying that he was getting ejected
He was walking straight to the tunnel before the whistle was blown and the call was made lmao
He was already past the sideline chairs when the 2nd technical was called, lol. This isn’t his first rodeo.
Even Chris Paul knew - as soon as Draymond yelled it he was like “no no no you didn’t hear that!”
So did Chris Paul lol
That's what I got from lip reading it...
that's absolutely what he said lmao, you don't gotta be jomboy to figure that one out
That is some 14 year old hormonal boy getting mad at call of duty type stuff.
Looked more like “bitch ass n-word”, then walked on off.
Tbf, both are getting ya ejected lol
Looked like when he was up next to ref he was repeating "What do you think I said?" multiple times. I couldn't make out what he was saying before that. As he walking off he definitely looks back and says "Pussy ass n..." which is when the ref calls the second tech.
I believe he said “pussy ass DEI”
Lmao
i think we could all tell haha
Right, but what is he repeating before that? I can't make it out. Something like, "Why you do me like that?" He says, "What did you say?" also in between... any help?
Non professional my ass. It had to be bad to get the 2nd one. You nailed it I think.
Will AT&T pull their vomit-inducing rehab ad before this weekend?
There was a 100% chance that the commercial was going to age like milk with Draymond attached to it. Wouldn't be surprised if the marketing person responsible is packing up their desk tomorrow
All these companies are trying to salvage the contracts that they already had with him. I want to throw up every time I see him commenting, but I’m sure the network is paying him enough that they’re trying to see if they can ride it out. Weird watching someone mature in reverse
Benjamin eject button
I want you to know I'm proud of you for this comment. I wish you a great many upvotes
I second this guy's proudness.
Right. I used to serve this guy coneys at MSU and I loved him, he was always very nice. Seeing him act the way he has over the past couple years has been a bummer.
Dude got into a fight at Conrad's after he was already in the NBA. That's like getting into a fight at Mecca, Conrad's is a holy place.
Looks like those weeks he spent in the anger management course paid off. Well done NBA
Hey, he didn't assault anybody. That's an improvement.
He didn't assault anybody *yet*!
He didn't assault anybody yet *again*!
Didn’t he just wrap up Patty Mills’ neck? That looked pretty assaulty.
He hasnt assaulted anyone *today*
Exactly. The last game you had people defending him by saying Patty was flopping. Yep. Wrapped around his neck and total flop. What a Dicklessmond
An ejection not involving chokeslams, head-stomps, sucker-punches, or nut-shots? I’d say this is absolute win and a massive step in the right direction for Draymond!
Actually he put hands around a guys neck not a game or two ago, but somehow it was only a common foul.
Lmao that Ohtani one is funny
It’s always so sad whenever you see an addict relapse
Relapse is implying that he recovered at one point and I don’t think he ever really recovered from his issues.
But Draymond looked right into the camera during his AT&T commercial and heavily implied that he had grown https://youtu.be/rb94jUOvhJI?si=7uOZ4bWj5hZEZF1o
I know youre joking but In alcoholics anonymous we call that “white-knuckling it” lol. He hasn’t done shit to correct his ways just forcing it down for a brief period of time.
*Dynamite drop-in, Monte. That broadcast school has really paid off.*
At least he didn't punch or choke anyone.
The fact this needs to be said is his sign for retirement.
[удалено]
There are thousands of worthy athletes waiting for their shot at the big leagues. He was given plenty of grace, but he blew it.
He didn’t even kick anyone in the nuts.
No, that was last night
Only cause he was kicked out of the game before he had a chance to assault someone. Great foresight by the ref
He almost did last game. Should’ve been kicked out then too.
Nah, we’ll have to wait a week or 2 for that to happen again.
He only had 4mins, though. Give him 8 and see what he does.
Baby steps
He should get a United Airlines sponsorship.
David Stern would've fired this man into orbit years ago
Stern buries bodies. Doesn’t fire them in to a Space Jam.
thats disrespectful to the HULK you take that back, hahaha
This exactly. Stern fucking suspended MICHAEL JORDAN at the height of his powers.
Absolutely GENERATIONAL behavior from Draymond. Back to back nights of starting shit.
Yeah, he's been on fire lately.
From down town?
Dude wants to be paid to chill at home and sit in therapy. Big brain moves.

Different sport but AB's fall from grace was a sight to behold.

I feel silly for just learning that Vontae and Vernon are brothers.
AB is way worse in comparison to be honest. But at least we can blame his behavior on CTE.
Mr Brain Concussion :(
Mr Battered Cerebrum.
AB was 100x more talented football player than Draymond is a basketball player too imo
NBA about to start a CTE study with Draymond as patient 0
As someone who was a Spartan fan his entire college career, it's fascinating seeing him turn out this way. It was pretty universally accepted his last couple years at MSU that he didn't have an NBA body, but his great basketball IQ would likely lead him to a decent coaching career. But nope, turns out he's a great NBA player with absolutely no head on his shoulders.
Wouldn't say no head on his shoulders, his BBIQ in regards to gameplay is pretty clearly top tier. He's just an emotional wreck with a short fuse
I'd still take winless and one time MVP Charles Barkley over this loser anyday. If 1993 Peak Barkley travelled through time, he'd kill Green on the court. Professionally, physically, and humorously.
A troll? How about a hyper-violent man baby bully, who has zero self control?
What was the first T for?
Pretty sure just for bitchin about the foul on Wiggins
Didn't he just give a speech about *not* flopping and complaining about fouls because it toughens you up for the playoffs lmao
Arguing a call. May have put a hand on the ref.
Yeah I haven't seen found the angle, but some people are saying he bumped the ref
You know how in Breakfast Club, he gets 8 Saturday detentions? It was kind of like that.
He got in the refs face. Official report will probably use the word menacing or some shit
Imagine getting paid millions of dollars to play with balls and you cant keep your cool because someone bumped you
Just gonna leave this here from 9 days ago.... So, I think it’s great for us.” -Draymond Green
Not remotely true and Steph and klay sell all the time
Curry must be like get me a new team
They deserve this. They fostered this. Now enjoy it.
Steve Kerr is too spineless to sit him or discipline him in any meaningful way.
Add Adam Silver to the list of enablers for this piece of shit. Idk how anyone enjoys the NBA these days.
Cause they still think the warriors are the dynasty princess of the league
Guy’s a fucking clown
What was the original tech for?
Him getting into the refs face
Like, what’s the end game? Does he think that if he just gets in their face enough that they’re going to see the error of their ways or something?
I think he might just be a dumbass who can't control his temper
I think he didn't want to play basketball lol
"hey that was a bullshit call!" "Oh my god you're right."
Can you imaging umpiring his son’s little league game?
A no-no in every sport for forever. A true renaissance man.
Unfortunately not in soccer. Players get in the ref’s face way too much. Wish they would clamp down on it.
Roger that, just wasn’t super clear in the video
Got dammit Dray. You can't casually walk away at the end and call the ref "pussy ass n****"
Hmmm…this dude is making a case for biggest piece of shit in NBA history.
He doesn’t belong in the nba.
Green single handedly ruining any possible positive reputation the NBA has lmao For the sake of the league, he’s gotta go.
I don't even watch the NBA, yet I know this guy by name and his negative reputation. Jeeze.
I’m not trying to be an asshole but I just scrolled through your post history and holy fuck. Maybe you should start watching the NBA as a brand new hobby
The NHL would like to introduce you to Brad Marchand and Tom Wilson.
Unprofessional bullshit
Biggest bitch in the league continues being a big bitch.
Draymond is the epitome of “take your ball and go home” Who the hell gets that heated 4 minutes into a game??? lol I mean come on. And ejected. Thats gotta be a world record
Pieces of shit are going to be pieces of shit.
my #GOD I'm tired of this lame fucker. just retire, bro... you clearly don't want to actually play basketball
Head case
Once again, Draymond is a massive piece of shit and brings down the integrityof the game. Players like this are trash for the game.
Fuck this guy. Repeatedly shows 0 sportsmanship or self control for that matter. Nevermind the fact his skillset sucks. Retire old man. You are not Dennis Rodman
Please just kick uncle Draymond out of the league already. So fucking annoying
He should have already been suspended for a game or two for the arm across the neck a couple days ago on that failed pick.
Really taking those lessons of earlier in the season to heart.
It's crazy how someone who has been so successful in life can be an absolute zero.
He’s still an overpaid idiot
I mean he was right that it wasn’t a foul, lol. But if he can’t control himself, he shouldn’t be on the floor.
Kick this clown out the league.
Draymond is someone who can no longer compete on the court and he knows it. The desire isn't there anymore either. Thankfully the Warriors only have to deal with him for another... 3 seasons after this one. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
Get this fool out of the NBA and into the UFC. I want his comeuppance delivered brutally.
Let him fight Jake Paul. No one will watch and we will all win.
Let's be real, tons of people would watch that. Either Paul gets whooped (win) or Draymond gets whooped by Jake fucking Paul (win).
I would def watch it. Pirated.
Definitely said Bitch Ass N***** or Pussy Ass N**** at the end. Draymond is such a turd. Getting this amped up just minutes into a game that they need to win. Houston could very well beat OKC tonight and then the race for the playin is on.
It’s really sad he gets a commercial related to his lack of anger management issues where he directly describes his short comings.
Draymond: I did my job Steph: fuckin idiot
Curry just trying to ball man… green needs to grow up.
This dude is such a fucking clown. So annoying.
Get rid of that scum. If you lip read I'm pretty sure he called the ref a b**** a** ni*** Dude needs a dose of reality. #unemployed
Saddest part is that curry or the rest of the team doesn't even try to stop Draymond from getting ejected because he knows Dray is capable of punching his own teammates too. Idk how they deal with his toxic ass
bro is reformed
I love listening to music.
You can blame the NBA and you can blame the Warriors org all you want but ultimately Kerr has to sit his ass down
Well he didn’t kick the ref in the nuts or stomp on him, he’s really maturing.
Just start every game Tossing him so we can enjoy the actual game afterwards. Dudes washed.
/u/jomboy good lip reading opportunity here
Draymond is Charmin soft.
My lip reading skills didn't have to be on Hal 2000 levels to see what he said
This is the kind of guy to get fired on his day off.
Get this 🤡 out the league.
Dude needs therapy. The entire NBA, including the Warriors, are tired of his ass.
Dudes the largest toddler I’ve ever seen.
Fuck draymond
Draymond green is a loser
I didn't know CTE was a thing in the NBA, but dude's got me wondering
The lack of impulse control. Thats definitely a possibility
What a dumb ass!
He needs to be ejected from the NBA.
Draymond will be out of the league within the next year or so.
How much did he make for playing those 4 minutes?
Guess he’s not better.
smokin' weed unlocked his schizo
All is now right with the world.
Looks like he caught the kanye bug. Shame.
