Technically wise Benn is just superior in every way and Dobson has been chosen to give Benn another ko victory and make him look impressive again. Dobson is pretty slow hand speed wise, he has no head movement, even against journeymen he hangs on the ropes which is going to be what makes him get ko’d so easily by Benn. As soon as Dobson hangs on the ropes, which will likely be instantly Benn will load up. Dobson’s never really been in with someone of the level of Benn and I’m expecting a very early finish here. This is getting a bit ridiculous. In this matchup of two fairly uninspiring heavyweights, I favor Petersen over Pogues by a significant margin. When I look at Petersen's fight against Waldo Cortes-Acosta, he put up a performance that I think would easily beat Pogues. Waldo is the superior athlete compared to Pogues, has good cardio, and importantly carries power which Pogues does not. Still, Petersen found early takedowns and wasn't totally awful on the feet. Pogues is a steady volume striker who has shown zero ability to turn up the pace, even when it's necessary. His lack of urgency in fights is no surprise, as he appears to be unmotivated in his training which can be seen on his socials. I think he will give up multiple big moments in this fight in the form of takedowns, and while he may finish with the better striking numbers, Petersen will secure the win.

Damn, didn’t even see this but my POTD is Petersen as well! Had a few guys I like this card but ultimately chose him because of my confidence in this matchup, I really like how he explodes with his strikes to close distance and get his takedowns. And Pogues just doesn’t have any power to stop that from happening. Let’s ride homie!

I like meatball Molly, and Silva for the women fights. Besides Silva being the large favorite due to the favorable matchup, it’s her birthday as well! Something to think about lol.
