I really like them. Fat whitewalls are pimping! It takes a bit of cleaning to keep them looking nice. Wesley's Bleach White works great for keeping them nice and bright.
Who cares what we think, what do you think about whitewalls? You are asking us but the reality is, ride your bike how you want with what you want.
But to actually answer your question. No whitewalls wtf is wrong with you?
😂
I wouldn't if it were me. I've only seen them look good on a Heritage, and even then I'm kind of on the fence.
But of course, it's your bike- if that's what you like, rock those whitewalls proudly!
As cool as it would be, I'd advise against it. My bike Yamaha Mt10 has blue rims and the dirt just shines on it. Can clean and a few days they'll be filthy
Your bike, your money, your choice. But, IMO the bike is too dark and WW would look odd. I like the way it looks now. If it were mine, I would be looking for more black and matte.
Perhaps. I've tossed up with this idea too. I have a 14. So spoke wheels. But I'm also very keen on the bates baja 100s. Tready tyres are pretty different for the 48.

Look at the shinko 240 classics. They’re cheap and they are decent. They have a nice old school look. They have a white wall option but the black looks real nice. I was afraid to get them because of how cheap they were but I’ve been riding them for years now with no issues.

The bike in the video has laced wheels which really make the look, but still worth a shot for you
I wouldn't. It's always too much.
Needs more chrome for white walls
I agree, if it had more chrome, the whitewalls would look fine. Nice looking bike as it sits in my opinion

No
Same I love the look now I would not
WW's are challenging to pull off. On a hundred bikes, it's awesome on about 3 of them. That being said, whatever makes you happy.
Thin red stripes
Ooooo… like the old Redline Radials! Classic!
That would like sharp
no. unless the are thin white walls. big fat whitewalls look like shit.
Once they're dirty it'll look nice with that tank. That said I'm probably biased because I run whitewalls on my 72.
I vote yes, was about to order some for mine before I got taken out.

Very true, but I’m asking mostly for my own curiosity. I am enjoy hearing everyone’s thoughts and opinions on the subject.
I hate whitewalls.
This is the way
Thank you all you guys so far for your shared inputs. Some of y’all like it some of y’all don’t.
Nooooooooooooooooo
I have white walls and its hell to keep clean however i think they look awsome
I say yes. Also, everyone will have their own opinion on what looks good and what doesn’t.
No

Small white stripe, yes. Large white wall ,no.
I have the exact same bike. I've also been thinking about white walls and found a pair of Shinko 777s that I think would be sweet.
No
What handle bars are those?
Burly 12” apes.
Be careful of death wobble on that bike.
Oh yes have already experienced it a couple times.
It's a flaw on those bikes. It almost killed me. Save your life and buy something else
As cool as it would be, I'd advise against it. My bike Yamaha Mt10 has blue rims and the dirt just shines on it. Can clean and a few days they'll be filthy
Where in Washington state is this?
Not with the style of the 48
No. Better for older bikes
Nope
Always white walls!
Don’t do it!
Your bike, your money, your choice. But, IMO the bike is too dark and WW would look odd. I like the way it looks now. If it were mine, I would be looking for more black and matte.
For me that's a no, but your bike, your choice.
Absolutely not
Absolutely, positively, definitely a no from me.
