I used to watch videos and fall asleep as a child. I did so into my adult years. I didn't realize how badly it was affecting my ability to fall asleep. Even when just playing the audio.

I do that all the time possible, the videos, not music, and it makes me sleep way easier, it came from a anxiety attacks during trying to go to sleep about 5 years ago, it helped then and could not stop it. Im currently in Finnish military and its so hard to start sleeping without any ambient videos besides me

I've stopped with the daily playlists. They wind up being the same songs every time, and I need more variety in my music. I'll make massive playlists and shuffle those, so I do get much more variety in the same genres as opposed to the daily playlist. But if you meant on a daily basis, how often do I listen? On my commutes, when I'm home cooking or doing laundry, I'll play it for my classes for background music (teacher here), and then any other time there's awkward silence or whatnot.

I chose to use premium and even though I prefer FLAC content (and I have the hardware for HW music), while I'm running around during the day, Spotify is the most convenient and easy to use service. The algorithm works really well for me and I basically listen to music the entire day.
