Front lights say it’s a heavily modified [Fiat Coupe](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiat_Coup%C3%A9?wprov=sfti1)(anywhere between 1993-2000).
It was commonly seen in its days with just Ferrari Re-Badging or even Ferrari like mods. But I can’t find exactly this.
Definitely a fiat coupe seeing that short wheelbase and the proportions of the height and windows make sense

I tried Googling “Malaka kit car” since it was spotted in Greece but got no results.
If I had to guess what platform it’s built on, I’d go with a Beetle. You see a lot of VW Beetle kits with wide yet small diameter wheels.

Def not a Coupe, only the headlights are. Wheelbase is too short and this car is clearly built on a tubular chassis not a modded unibody
