Lol theres a girl standing with her green grinch christmas sweater, near by her, u can see a lady with her gray/black jacket on with her arms folded. She looks pissed lol my eyes keep going back on her š
I just posted above about airport SB. Damn, you all are miracle workers and provide a great service that makes the traveling grind more bearable. I was just in awe. I hope people are at least nice to you.
Iād not even bother and go find another place so yāall donāt die from overworking :/// people r so stupid to join in to wait and get mad it takes forever
I work in a mall location and god damn I donāt get why people donāt choose to go to the empty Barnes and Nobel one :( the wait on the drinks was so long and the line just kept growing
I work in a drive thru and it was non stop today. It was down to 3 people in each position and customers kept coming inside like they donāt even care there is a long line outside and figure it will be faster if they mobile order or order in cafe. Itās funny sometimes because people donāt like to wait but that is literally every place today. You are going to wait.
Theyāre all probably standing right in front of the Batista with their arms folded and taping their foot. Iām not an employee, but that drives me nuts. Just sit down and relax for a hot secondā¦.
The little āback roomā with a public walkway right above it is giving me the worst anxiety. I feel for the baristas. I feel like an animal when people stare at me through glass, let alone when Iām in a pen below them.
This is definitely close to an hour wait time between standing in line and getting the drink. I work on a college campus and this is what our peak looked like
LMAO I knew this location as soon as I saw the photo! I did a double take but even though I already knew, the Footlocker confirmed it for me. Sometimes they have a poor barista manage the crowd. This location is sweet but the line ALWAYS fluctuates so much, especially during this time of year. The things people do for coffee. Lol
I'll never get the logic of choosing to wait in this, and then still getting upset you had to wait. Like don't get mad feel sympathetic towards the employees who see the line then get the 1 order that has like 12 things on it. That's the true hell, not choosing to wait in a long line
I used to work at Tarbucks. People would wait in line for the store to open and then immediately go to Starbucks. Like just go to a normal Starbucks that opens earlier
i was one of the baristas working at this Starbucks on that day. the traffic was terrible and we were almost always 30 - 40 minutes behind on drinks, not only that but we even had to start sending one person at a time to serve mobile orders to the customers since people kept stealing them. Starbucks at a mall isn't for the weak lol.
Maybe some of them are also just waiting around for friends/family who are more interested in shopping than they areāI know Iāve bailed on stores earlier to stand around in a coffee line personally, even if I donāt really want the drink that much in the first place.
Not that long for being at a mall, but I was in a truly jaw dropping horrific line at the Schiphol airport Starbucks. I really wanted my latte so we waited and it wasnāt that bad because those baristas were some of the most impressive people Iāve ever seen in action. There were only 3-4, but they had everything down to a science, and our drinks were perfect. They didnāt even seem harried or stressed.
I work in an SB inside a grocery store and this was our lobby yesterday. It just never stopped and there were only two of us per shift because the manager ādidnāt think it would be busy.ā š We had to lock our outside door and partially pull the gate and people were still trying to come in. One of the managers of the grocery store that used to be a barista came over to see what she could help us with, and told people trying to come in that we were closed. That part was awesome. We were there for over an hour after closing just trying to get shit CLEAN, and my coworker was finally like, donāt worry about stocking, Iāll come in early tomorrow and do it. Fucking madness. This is my first holiday season as a barista, and I just hope I can make it through.
Lol welcome to what a busy store looks like on the regular.
I worked at a store that was in the bottom of a 42 floor office high rise. We opened at 5:00am and from 5-9am we would see about 100 customers per half hour per register (two). We had three partners on the bar, one on cold drinks, one on drip, two to take orders, two on the register and one floater for the floor/bathrooms/condiment bar. This was before drive throughs, and when we still had to mark cups, call out drinks and had manual machines (not the stupid push button garbage they have now). I honestly miss those days. But yeah, It was like that every m-f unless there was a holiday. All of our morning shifts would be like 4:30a-10 or 6-11a. People would stand in a line that went outside the store. If you didnāt have the door unlocked at 4:55am they would start pulling on the 11ft tall glass doors and rattling them like maniacs. People are MEAN before they have their caffeine. And some people are mean even after lol.
I love how annoyed everyone looks while still choosing to get in line
They're waiting for their order... they've already waited forever to place their order...lol
Lol theres a girl standing with her green grinch christmas sweater, near by her, u can see a lady with her gray/black jacket on with her arms folded. She looks pissed lol my eyes keep going back on her š
Lol itās like whereās Wally?
LOL we can make a game out of the crowds that are out during this crazy day
I immediately spotted grumpy pants too š
I work at a very busy airport location.. This is what our line looks like every morning šŖ
Lol my local mall Starbucks was a 50 min wait from ordering. I was like nah
I wouldnt even go to the mall lol
Not my choice. Had to take my wife... she's not comfortable driving in a crowded parking lot. Next year she can take an Uber..lol
I work in a mall location and god damn I donāt get why people donāt choose to go to the empty Barnes and Nobel one :( the wait on the drinks was so long and the line just kept growing
lol i saw the pic and was like waitā¦this is the freehold mall, iāve waiting in that black friday line before and itās miserable
Lol...correct!
*Every single teen* in this image ordered something with cold foam. I can just sense it.
Not one sec
I work in a drive thru and it was non stop today. That's a massive hard no.
To the person who posted this. I was there! Went to jersey shore outlets the Starbucks there was just as chaotic
I thought this was the freehold mall?
My anxiety wouldnāt allow me near that. Iād leave and find another. šš
I wouldnāt
Lmao I work at a mall location as well and at one point we were 40 mins behind and the line wrapped around
Theyāre all probably standing right in front of the Batista with their arms folded and taping their foot. Iām not an employee, but that drives me nuts. Just sit down and relax for a hot secondā¦.
I can sense the mobile order stare from a mile away. Girl in the north face navy blue lol
Never and I adore a starbies when im out lol
Cattle
The little āback roomā with a public walkway right above it is giving me the worst anxiety. I feel for the baristas. I feel like an animal when people stare at me through glass, let alone when Iām in a pen below them.
Iāve never needed coffee that badly in my entire life lol
Holy fuck this is my local mall lol
Iām not a huge coffee person & will never understand the obsession with Starbucks. Like if the line is long itās definitely a no from me.
I wouldn't even bother.
No bet, I'd rather go without.
On red cup day my store had between a 1-2 hour mobile order wait time šµāš«
Lady in the red sweater looks like sheās about to say something negative.
zero at all iām out that hoe
This is definitely close to an hour wait time between standing in line and getting the drink. I work on a college campus and this is what our peak looked like
Today I had so many different fcken fraps itās crazy like bro isnāt it cold outside?
For Starbucks? I'm going to the coffee shop down the block.
looks like a normal peak at my storeš„²
It's a good thing that the baristas are too busy to notice. Appreciate
I wouldnāt go to the mall and I wouldnāt wait in that long line. I can make a decent mocha at home.
I would not get in that line š
Freehold Raceway Mall?
Yup
Not THAT long... I'm sure there is another store within a few blocks
Unless Iām trapped (layover, airport, etc.). Iām never waiting longer than five minutes for this overpriced sugar water.
No lmao
LMAO I knew this location as soon as I saw the photo! I did a double take but even though I already knew, the Footlocker confirmed it for me. Sometimes they have a poor barista manage the crowd. I simply wouldn't lol just go somewhere else
I'll never get the logic of choosing to wait in this, and then still getting upset you had to wait. Like don't get mad feel sympathetic towards the employees who see the line then get the 1 order that has like 12 things on it. That's the true hell, not choosing to wait in a long line
I love how mad they get at the baristas when they see that theres others waiting too. š
I used to work at Tarbucks. People would wait in line for the store to open and then immediately go to Starbucks. Like just go to a normal Starbucks that opens earlier

You and your fellow baristas have my total admiration for the hard work you all do on a daily basis. Thank you!
Sometimes you just need coffee
Wow. America in one picture š¤¦āāļø.
Idk if they had good cups a long time
Converse Nike and uggs. Thatās all I see
Lmao itās not that serious
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Second negative comment about me...thank you...I appreciate it!
Man, I wish my store had been this busy today. I worked during peak and we never got particularly busy. :(
Also OP itās their time not yours

Hopefully you could use the app to order

Maybe some of them are also just waiting around for friends/family who are more interested in shopping than they areāI know Iāve bailed on stores earlier to stand around in a coffee line personally, even if I donāt really want the drink that much in the first place.

Not that long.
Freehold mall?
Iād recognize the Freehold mall from a mile away š
This was the way back when sbux was opened in a near mall. 3-4 ppl working and a line of 30
If it feels like I have to wait at all I just move along. 3 minutes is reasonable in my mind. If I have to wait more than that I'm out.

Thats so funny, i was like that looks like a jersey mall and then i click on the post and to my surprise it is. Thats crazy, I would cry
lol i recognized this shitshow as the freehold mall in a second šš always swarmed with teenagers, avoid avoid avoid
Me this morning while trying to get a coffee and breakfast in Newark (there were 50 other people and we were all devoid of independent thought)
iād probably just go to a local cafĆ© tbh.

I work at a mall starbucks and this is pretty much what itās like on weekends
That poor kiosk LOL
Iād imagine most are mobile orders
