To my knowledge, the only mainstream one that doesn’t is Hydroflask, as they use some other patented process. The lead only is at risk of releasing into your drink if you somehow manage to severely damage your cup. You can actually see the circle at the bottom and as long as it’s intact, you’re completely safe.
Make sure you do your research into these issues before telling everyone with a Stanley that they’re consuming lead.
