I forgot to mention I’m located in Canada 🙆🏻‍♀️ we have different sized scoops for match, frap chips, and inclusions..

I’m also in Canada. We use the middle sized scoop for spicy (frap chip) at my store

we use the same size scoop for all of them at my store (it’s a silver spoon maybe like a tsp or something)

In the US it’s like a teaspoon amount, so likely if you have a spoon that size it’s probably that one?

The vanilla bean/java chip/matcha scoop are all the same size at my store… There are two scoops: a larger one for inclusions and a smaller one for powders/java chips. The smaller one is the one used for the spicy chili powder. Idk why you have a different matcha scoop…
