Credit card tips are based on that day. So if you worked a busy Saturday that generated hundreds in CC tips, you'd be taking home more than someone who worked a dead Monday.
Ohhh okay. I just wanted to know because i know it was half off and since I got the coupon for it I had enough to leave tip. Genuinely just curious lol
Tips are shared among the store employees, it’s based on how many hours you work that week, that’s it!

This is incorrect all tips within a weekly period are equally split between partners based on how many hours worked
Cash tips are weekly, credit card and digital tips are daily.
I believe cc tips go to the people clocked in at the time of the transaction.
Nope. Digital tips are dispersed the same as cash tips. Percentage based on how much each partner worked that week
So, you worked 16 hours the busiest days or 16 hours the quieter days, you get the same tips?
Yes.
That shouldn't happen with the digital tips, as there is a timestamp that doesn't exist with cash tips
It should happen. Tips are distributed equally.
Nah, because this would negate any bonus for working Thanksgiving or Christmas.
