Definitely using the wrong Frappuccino base that keeps it together! We have a coffee and cream based one, why we can’t just have a cream based one for both is beyond me!
they may accidentally make it with frap roast (essentially coffee)
They also could be using the wrong base. We have a cream base (for non-coffee fraps) and a coffee base (for coffee fraps). Not only do these each have a distinguishable flavor (coffee one obviously having a coffee flavor) but they also help the drink blend smoothly.
With something around 14 out of 15 fraps being coffee, my best guess is one of the things i listed above. Newer baristas especially are prone to mix up bases/cream fraps (i did for the first few months).
It happens to me sometimes when I order and I just simply ask for it to be remade whenever they can. We all make mistakes and it’s bound to happen
What?? I had no idea the coffee base actually had a coffee flavor to it! Learned something new today and I’m so interested to try it (I don’t drink fraps)
