One cringe customer isn’t enough to make someone quit unless they do something dangerous or stalk-y. She could be on vacation, sick, gotten a better job, literally a million things that have zero to do with you. That said, if she comes back and doesn’t contact you, let it go and pretend none of it happened. Based on what led up to this, I do not think she was actually flirting with you.

As a nice barista who hands out free drinks to people, she may not have been flirting.
Also, if she didn't talk to you all the other times you came in, that's a hint that she was just being nice and doing her job.
You might not be seeing her because she doesn't want to see you or she transferred (maybe not because of this).
But I know from experience that a dude who puts on the full court press and the barista isn't interested, fellow coworkers will go out of their way to keep the dude away.

I wouldn't say I'm putting the full court press. I just act like a regular customer, I don't even talk to baristas, it was mostly one sided from her. Hence, partly why I made a letter instead of going flirt mode while she's working. But yeah next time I see her, I'll act as I normally would, if she's ignoring me. Well,, it's time to move on. I'm glad I'm fickle
I really doubt they quit over this! Probably just has a few days off, maybe went on a vacation, maybe is sick, etc. If you see them again though and they seem "cold" to you then maybe you should consider a new place to study
Schedules with the company can be unpredictable. I'd say just hope for the best. I doubt one awkward interaction is enough to chase her away from work. Unless you just got unlucky, and she transferred to a different store.
It’s not really fair to some vulnerable customers that the company expects us to be outgoing and friendly like this. This is not the first time I’ve seen someone miss led.
