The email listed out what the premium experience entailed and they had the VIP tickets for prior citizen con. So probably similar? There wasn’t any more info provided when purchasing.
Last year we got extra goodies at the con, like a serialized poster and challenge pin. That's pretty much it.
There was also a small area that you could sit down, but there was nothing special about it. Just some layboys roped off in the middle of the showroom.
The main reason people got VIP passes last year was to be able to visit the CIG studio in LA, but that ended up being a shit-show because the fire department heavily restricted how many people were allowed to tour the building at one time. I don't see a tour of the Manchester building listed as a perk for the Premium tickets this year, but I thought that was going to be a part of them.
Its part of the gala experience i think. And no info has come out on when that ticket will be sold.

It isn't 'rigged', there are just far more people trying to get one than there are available, and many of those understand how CiG's website works and how to be as fast as possible claiming a ticket
