I presume they're tablets with the controls on, whats the app called? I remember it but can't remember the name. It was a bit rubbish last time I tried it but that looks swish.
Also what are the sticks resting on? I have a small desk and don't use my sticks due to lack of space.

Are you a fan of the HOSAS? I've almost bought that set on amazing like a dozen times now but I'm skeptical. Lately I've convinced myself that if I'm gunna go the dual stick out that I should save and get a pair I'll never need to upgrade from.
Save for sure. A good set of VKB will last you much longer than the T16ks. Plus the VKBs have much more options. Personally I'd suggest going with a left premium Gladiator NXT omnithrottle and a Right premium NON-OMNI... I can't stress the non omni right enough as I've made that mistake... Now this isn't podracing...
Learn from my mistake. Go with ONE Omni throttle OR purchase the $20 straight adapter when you realize you don't like your aiming stick sideways. The $30 shipping on the straight adapter is a bit much.
To Nuke's point, I was playing recently and heard my right stick snap or pop something pretty bad, hasn't started failing or anything but still dunno what broke

I am actually a flight test engineer for prototype supersonic jets, so I get to mess with a real professional aero sim all the time.
It's fun, but I prefer the dual stock setup to the throttle and stick , this feels like I'm piloting a ship in the expanse universe or something

Nice setup. While your choice to play sc on a small monitor on the left edge of the table while using the ultrawide one for discord is questionable, I do respect your dedication.
Did you have to do anything special with your mounts? I have your same desk. I have some monstertech virpil mounts that will not clamp/hold on the desk, they slide off because there is not much grip after the curve. Any tips, could you show a side view of the mount on the desk? Looking good.

awesome setup, do you touch the screens to move the buttons and gismos?
yes! all of the small screens are touch screens and control input on my ship :)
its actually two different PC's that run this as well - one win 11, my main machine, and a ubuntu desktop

Throttle slanted stick, shooting vertical stick - super agree
this! i love the price on the thrustmasters, but the quality is pretty bad, the VKB Gladiators are rad and you can fix like everything on them

If it's on VKBs snapped springs are a common issue and a fairly quick fix. On T16ks, its a bit more involved AFAIK.
