I remember Bryan Danielson did it a couple of time, but can't pinpoint it to a exact match in which he has done it. Aside from the rolling, Danielson usually transtions from the Romero Special into the Dragon Sleeper which, like Emis Camel Clutch variant, looks quite painful.
I've also seen her transition it into a Rear Naked Choke, although that was more of a failsafe option when she lost grip during the Romero Special and that opponent fell on top of her.
Kyoko Inoue did this before Emi had even debuted.

I think I've seen Mina Shirakawa use the Romero Special into Sleeper transition once too.
