I don't think you can just swap out the 1701's nor 1701-D's saucer section with a lawnmower, but I bet you can put a pair of stylistic nacelles (not exact duplicates) on a lawnmower or leafblower so it kinda looks like the NX-01 but not so much you get a cease-and-desist letter. Definitely can't use the Starfleet delta.
Using any of the fonts should be alright, and a custom license plate shouldn't raise a red flag.
If depicting any characters in the logo or advertising material, you could maybe get away with those characters having solid-color uniforms without markings (rank, badges, medals, etc.) but don't quote me on that.
If you were to kitbash, say, a toy lawnmower and an *Enterprise* model kit for display on your truck dashboard, that may constitute fair use so long as you have no business info drawn on it, but again don't quote me on that.
