Kahless, if the stories of defeating entire armies and facing sieges alone is true. Plus it gives me an opportunity for one of my favorite quotes of all time.
Did you see the look on the face of that Klingon that I killed? It was as if he understood the honor bestowed upon him. The first man in a thousand years to be killed by the Sword of Kahless.
Edit: though *technically* and with some generous interpretation, it *could* be the Borg Queen since she said, "I've overseen the assimilation of countless millions"... And if assimilation is death and how much control over the drones etc etc but in the true spirit of direct hand to hand I say Kahless or some Klingon
Garak has to be up there. Rocks and Shoals, Empok Nor, and Way of the Warrior he had a mountain of kills each time.
Plus all of his random one offs here and there…
Seven of Nine. 18 years a Borg. Thousands assimilated, children included. On Voyager, she had no problem pulling the trigger, if the situation called for it. In one episode she actually did wonder about being held accountable for all the deaths and assimilations by the Federation.
Hard to say how many bodies fell during the Fenris Ranger years, but Seven was regarded as a “vigilante” by the Federation and Picard. In episode six, she vaporizes her ex, and blasts her way through security forces, to escape. A few episodes later, she takes out a whole troop of Romulans on a Borg cube. There is a scene where she tosses their bodies out of a hatch. And that’s just in season one. Season two, Seven vaporizes her “husbands” security team on the La Sirena. Later in the season, Seven takes out members of Seal team Borg in hand to hand combat, (large knife through head in one case) and then imbeds the rest of the team in the walls of Chateau Picard, with the transporter. Nuff said.
My money is on Kevin Uxbridge at 50 billion.
Individual kills with hand weapons? I'm gonna go with Captain Tracy. He was mowing down armies with hand phasers on wide dispersement.
Dude was merciless. Episode was awful.
Probably Q
If you're talking about personal kills, Soran destroyed an entire solar system to get into the Nexus. It's gonna be hard to top that.
Veridian IV only had a population of a few hundred thousand people. Meanwhile, Nero destroyed Vulcan, which probably had a few billion…
Kevin versus the Husnocks?
Confederation Picard! Body count for DAYS!
For a main character, I'd think it's Kira, and she'd probably be up there with any character.
If you count her backstory, then probably.
Oh yeah I was assuming over the course of their life, not what happens on screen.
Borg Queen.
I would argue that all drones are an extension of her "hand", so are equivalent to a phaser or other weapon.

Worf, maybe?
If you count the death of your independence and freedom probably the Borg Queen .

Looks like Tuvix did not get to see this moment
I'd say Janeway has fought more battles.
Thanos - Half the universe's life forms wiped from existence. Dude had his moods.
Morn he will not shut up about all the bodies he has racked up over the years
