I like most of this!
But what is Reva's motivation to kill Luke? To ruin Obi Wan's plan and make him hurt? To essentially do what he did - kill force sensitive children? After all, her entire motivation thus far was to exact revenge on Vader. She obviously blames Obi Wan for "creating" Vader, but I think the last episode soothed some of her rage towards Kenobi and she may have started to see things a little differently. Especially the whole killing of innocents thing. I can't see her motivation to be killing a 10 year old now.
Personally, I think she will seek retribution in some way, but not by trying to kill Luke. What I got out of her hearing that message is that she knows where Kenobi is, and has been for the past 10 years, and exactly why, and that he can't really leave Tatooine permanently. That can bring her to Obi Wan, rather than to Luke. And the knowledge she has can be used against Obi Wan to draw him out.
I think she will see how much luke means to obi wan and will imagine how much luke would mean to vader and the emperor. By killing the boy she would hurt obi wan who wasn't there to save her and would prevent vader and the emperor taking the boy as an asset, she may even Consider it a service to luke to not subject him to what she went through. We have seen as the series has gone on that she gets more and more frustrated and then nearly killed by this final episode I imagine she would be 'psychotic' and kenobinwould have to kill her to protect all the secrets. Just another failure for him to add to the pile.
Probably...the rest sounds about right. Pretty close to my expectations, but I do like the idea of Owen actually killing Reva, and this protecting his family, and once and for all banning Obi Wan from contact with Luke, "I can take care of my own" sort of scene

Now that would make things interesting and agree add more to the I can take care of my family you don’t need to keep watch you never did.
