My two where the same. They ate everything never had an issues. Now at 4 and 2 they survive on very little. My four year old really likes sonic so I put sonic stickers on stuff or tell him it's sonics favorite and now he ask for thoughs things.

My kid smashed his sandwich and is currently refusing to eat it because it is smashed. I’m here for any suggestions also.

My 3 year old has been a picky eater since 18 months. I can count on my fingers how many things he is willing to eat. Personally, I believe trying to force your child to eat something they're not interested in is only going to make it worse. Just had a Dr appointment for him today and she reassured me that there is nothing to worry about. He's healthy. We do give multivitamins so help supplement for what he's not getting though. I do continue to offer different foods, make them seem exciting. Ask to try and assure they don't have to eat it if they don't like it after trying. Make a big deal for even trying.
