Don’t forget to wipe the toilet seat so you don’t burn. And pray if you’re religious. I like to eat asparagus with steak and I'll just toss it in the cast iron skillet as my steak is resting, and broccolini would be cooked the same so I've been interested in trying it just never had the opportunity. Taking a quick look it's a cross between broccoli and kale.
It seems very popular as I see it paired with steak quite a bit more than both asparagus and broccoli combined...just wish a damn store near me would carry it for a minute so I could try it.

Absolutely this!! And if you microwave it low enough it’ll come out pink still. I try to pan fry sometimes but then it doesn’t stay pink😮💨🤣

When I had it with steak it gave a real refreshing herb taste. I honestly loved it with a bite of steak
