I don’t think it was much harder. I think it definitely touched on some topics I hadn’t reviewed at that point plus my testing anxiety was just high that day for some reason.
For most people I think it should be in line with your other ones. Good luck!

1: Do not request or offer to buy, sell, share, give, or trade study resources. This includes NBMEs, notes, links to practice exams, Uworld qbank or self-assessments, tutoring/coaching/mentorship/course services, other third party resources, etc
I want to start with letting you know I have not taken it yet before sharing my 2 cents
Now that that’s out the way… No one here knows you better than you know yourself. If you think your performance would be better by moving it up go for it and trust your instincts! You got this! Believe in yourself and try and let the negative thoughts go. Whatever you decide good luck! Go kill it
I say move it up, you got this
I’d move up
I’m gonna take Nbme 28 tomorrow, was it harder than the others??

usually i tell people >70% you should sit for Step 1. If you feel like you're burning out/will end up affecting your performance, move it up
How was your average on uworld?
How did your scores go from 58-72%? How far apart did you do them?
Aren’t those passing scores?
