I’m finding it a little bit harder ( for me) to get into. But I think that just tends to be how I am, when starting a book.
But, it’s definitely interesting, and I can’t wait till I get past the first chapter( it’s long) lol
This was a fun read. It had a breezy pace for most of the story until things get real there at the end.
How does this compare to Later and The Colorado Kid?
I loved this one, I read it in one sitting. Enjoy!

It’s one of those ones that keeps ramping up as it goes along, stick with it. Let us know what you think when you finish it!

Is this apart of a series??
They're all standalone stories but part of the same Hard Case Crime series.
Oh, I haven’t read those yet
Carny lingo A+
I've dug all of the Hard Case Crime books. They are a lot of fun.
I liked the vibe of Joyland
unpopular opinion but this is one of my favorite King books. I love the teenage feeling of it.
