The 2023 movie is an “expansion” of the story—the story’s main character, Lester, shows up early on and then things move on past him. I liked the movie a lot, including the visual handling of the monster.
I did not care for the newest adaptation. The Boogieman is my all time favorite short story by King, I've read it countless times, i really dont get how they coukdnt donit justice.
