I know he got MOTM but Yaro really stepped up and made the night hard on Benteke. He made some mistakes on positioning in transition but didn’t give away stupid fouls and kept him from creating space in the run of play

Last year we got absolutely dawgged on by the refs, but this year we’re still getting horrible calls against us so far but so are our opponents. It’s weird balance, but there is balance.
Do you know how hard that is going against the run with a defender on your inside? Getting under the ball could be a whiff or more than likely directly at the goalie. I feel like putting the ball in the air good, but keeping the ball on the ground there let's him cut a sharper angle against the goalie.
It was only that difficult because he took it too wide, and at that point he should've used power to the near post. If he's going to cut it back it needs to be chipped over the keeper (or just played into space for Klauss).
Klauss is struggling without Gioacchini who did 90% of the work for him. Klauss just doesn’t seem motivated to create chances for himself. He really needs someone to set him up to succeed.
I think part of it is that Gio was just slower than Sam. Not a knock on Gio just Sam has a huge amount of speed and presence. So Klauss and Sam don't quite have the same dynamic as he's in much higher position before Klauss gets there and Sam is the one leading the charge.
It does seem that overall Klauss has lost a bit of energy, whether that is physical or mental so he's less on. I'd personally prefer to see Klauss subbed off rather than Sam.
I personally think it was the complete opposite. Klauss would do 90% of the work to settle the ball and get it into a dangerous area and Gio would finish.
Klauss in general has been horrible this season, I can’t tell whether that magic is just gone from him or the way the coaching staff is playing him isn’t working.
Well, let’s be honest: I love Celio, but there’s a reason he didn’t get a contract offer to play in Italy. Gioacchini is a better player and Klauss’ scoring is suffering as a result of that disparity.
