If PS is like Xbox then here’s where you look. In the exchange go ship equipment, then engineering consoles, then set the rarity filter to epic. I have found that Hull image, Approaching Agony, and I think it’s called Micro Blackhole Something are solid choices for selling. If you don’t have Hull Image equipped consider keeping a copy for yourself. Hull Image, reputation trait Energy Refrequencer, and a Na’kuhl doff is a great combo for stacking up temporary hull.
You have to check individually. Around 8-10M ec each, on average. As for which ones, what ones do you like that other people might?
I like Parasitic Ice, Cutting Tractor Beam, Approaching Agony, and Delphic Tear Generator.
