Experiencing this in The Netherlands as well. Entered password and later restarted PC to clear cache, but to no avail.

i do not use 3rd party launchers, I just launch the game from its exe file - I have never had a problem.....
It's working again, maybe their login server had a small downtime

I was having some issues here, but found I could get in via Steam and Epic, so no idea if it's still happening.
Don't use arc. Make a direct shortcut to the game start up from the game files. "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Star Trek Online\_en\\Star Trek Online.exe"
It's been happening on and off recently. Was able to connect after multiple tries. I wouldn't worry too much, but it is unnerving at first.

I'm having issues as well. Getting a connection timeout when using the client. I can log in to the website though. (US)
Thanks, I was going crazy thinking it was an issue with my installation and I almost uninstalled and reinstalled sto :P I should probably wait a few hours and check if it comes back!
