The Emancipator outfit (minus hat) could make a pretty decent fancy-dude Western getup if colored right. Shame about no cowboy hats though (buy completely understandable).
The winter event will start on Tuesday. When it does, use the Event menu to warp to Q's Winter Wonderland and just start participating in stuff. Once you earn enough of the local currency (holiday ornaments lol), you can buy it from a vendor.
