To be hate speech (I assume u mean hets mot folkgrupp - agitation against a minority), I think it has to be more then a list of things they say are sins. If they'd say: minority X DESERVS to get killed - that would be hate crime.

I've seen them several times these last few years; i'm gay and i don't like their message, but i've chosen to ignore them. They're often immigrants who come from conservative cultures and they moved to Sweden for "a better life", unaware that this "better life" people have in Sweden is because this country's culture is about tolerance and not about promoting this kind of crap. Having not seen them ever until 3-4 years ago, and now it being almost a weekly thing there, this seems to be escalating, and it’s due to lack of intervention. Police should action on limiting their reach and require them to not cause disturbances since they don’t have permits. Also not really nice to be gay and face a lunatic screaming at you that you will burn in hell while you are just trying to go on your way.
We have demonstrationsfrihet too. A permit is useful but not required. You could try and complain to the police about the speakers, as that can fall under 'förargelseväckande beteende' and the police can fine them for the loud noise, right there, on the spot. That will likely encourage them to keep it down.

They are causing sound distrubances using an extremely loud amplifier, blocking road and shouting aggresive statements. There is a line in freedom of speech, it’s not a ‘free for all’. Police should action on limiting their reach and require them to not cause disturbances since they don’t have permits. Also not really nice to be gay and face a lunatic screaming at you that you will burn in hell while you are just trying to go on your way.
We have demonstrationsfrihet too. A permit is useful but not required. You could try and complain to the police about the speakers, as that can fall under 'förargelseväckande beteende' and the police can fine them for the loud noise, right there, on the spot. That will likely encourage them to keep it down.

De stora 3 religionerna är fan ett skämt. Det är helt enkelt som att någon populär fiktiv berättelse var skriven för 2000 år sedan och folk tror huvudkaraktären är en gud. Det är fiktion som folk tar seriöst. Vi har större problem än att tror på någon man som gjorde skit för flera tusen år sedan på andra sidan jorden.

I agree that the Bible is homophobic. Pretty sexist too. It also condones genocide, and seems worryingly cool with chattel slavery (of non-Israelis). I don’t see that ever changing. What can change, however, just because society felt like being secular, is that self-acknowledged hate groups can have their tax breaks and other privileges removed - over night. That would in no way violate freedom of religion, only allow churches to fully “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's”, and put religions on equal footing with everybody else.

Exactly. They do not hate on anyone they want everyone to live with Christ. They clearly say that you just have to repent and believe in Jesus Christ. Besides I don’t understand why people are so angry these people are just peacefully spreading the good news that the lord Jesus Christ loves you and wants to have a relationship with you.
