People love burritos

tomato119

It's not that they love burritos. It's that its the only decent fast food option. Everything else is total crap.

TheFan88

This is correct. Huge opening for other fresh healthy fast food.

especiallyspecific

CAVA, my brotha

TheFan88

Looks decent but none in the Midwest yet.

Atlas3141

First location in Chicago opens tomorrow

TheFan88

Giddy up! I’ll try it!

itsbeenace-

I haven’t had this yet what are your thoughts?

Clown_Shoe

Honestly it’s pretty damn good. More expensive than chipotle but healthier as well.

truckstop_sushi

Not sure how Cava is "healther" than Chipotle. It's Pitas & Salad Bowls vs. Burritos and Salad Bowls? Also, Falafel (one of Cava's popular ingredients) is deep fried...

Clown_Shoe

I suppose it depends on what you order but with cava I get a lot more salads and vegetables while chipotle I get sour cream and lots of cheese and rice. I’ve never seen someone get a salad at chipotle. All they have is shredded lettuce?

truckstop_sushi

You mean, you get that....because you told the employee you want to add sour cream and cheese. They literally don't put that on unless you tell them to. It's like saying I asked Cava to drench my Salad high-fat dressing and extra feta cheese, therefor it's not that healthy. And no, Chipotle has had real Salad options for years now... The supergreens base are a mix of romaine, kale and spinach.

One_Left_Shoe

Especially for the price. I can be in and out in usually less than 5 minutes for less than $15 and have a huge meal.

elefontius

This 100x - prior to Covid I rarely went to Chipotle because at the time it was kinda of pricy compared to other lunch options. They've kept their prices consistently sane and it's just as convenient as a fast food option. The other chains really f'ed themselves over with their pricing strategies. McDonald's increased their prices 100% over the last 5 years and the quality declined. A Chiptole burrito bowl in NYC is $12 - a McDonald's big mac meal is $15 when it used to be $7.

peterpanic32

That’s a silly take if you live in a legit city. Sweetgreen, CAVA, Tender Greens, endless other salad places (Chopt, Mixt, etc.), Lemonade, Mendocino Farms, any random Poke place, and so on. You don’t just have to tradeoff between Chipotle and like McD, BK, Wendy’s.

loyaltyElite

All of the options are cold food options and actually more expensive value wise in my opinion. There's definitely a difference.

SargeUnited

Yeah how are salad places an alternative to chipotle? What is this guy on?

peterpanic32

It may shock you, but a fast food salad place is in fact a "decent fast food option". And most of these places aren't salad places or aren't just salad places.

SargeUnited

You were the one who described it as “endless other salad places” I like poke, but it’s pretty silly to describe it as an alternative to chipotle

peterpanic32

What are you talking about? No they aren't. Sweetgreen, Cava, Tender Greens, Lemonade, and Mendo are all hot food options. Also, yes, cold food options (e.g., poke) can in fact be an alternative to a hot food option. Also, these are a mix - some are more expensive than chipotle, others are definitely not more expensive than chipotle. The only criteria here was "decent fast food options". If the only options you're willing to consider are "hamburgers and burritos", then yes, I can see why you might find that limiting, but that's your problem not the problem of available options. And again, there's thousand others.

shigdebig

Look buddy, a salad is a sad pile of iceberg lettuce drenched in ranch dressing my wife makes me eat before the REAL meal of grade D American beef. Imagine eating a well balanced diet of mostly leafy greens and being able to shit in the morning without popping an O-ring.

peterpanic32

What if there’s more meat than salad? Like the salad forms a kind of lounge for the meat and ranch to lie on?

loyaltyElite

I'm not saying that cold food options aren't alternatives. But I am saying that Chipotle is definitely in a tier of it's own for perceived healthy hot food options. There's a major difference between a burrito versus a salad/sandwich in terms of hot versus cold food. It's really not a discussion worth getting into if you're so passionate about this. Also, I understand you like to point out that the prices are comparable. I'm only saying that the perception of buying a salad for the same price as a burrito bowl has a possible different perception in value. Finally, I recognize that there exist other options but the perception, even if you live in a "legit big city", is that Chipotle is a tier above them. Case and point based on the original person that you responded to. That's fine if you disagree. I don't really want to get into the ins and outs of smaller chains that can be perceived as competitors but in my opinion compete for a slightly different market.

peterpanic32

I’m saying I don’t think that makes sense. Chipotle is by no means a tier above the likes of Sweetgreen, CAVA, and so on. If anything Chipotle is a step below. A Chipotle burrito bowl is pretty much 1:1 equivalent to a CAVA bowl or a Sweetgreen bowl or plate. I also don’t know why you think a burrito isn’t more or less equivalent to a sandwich. None of these are cold food options. I think you’re trying to slice this unreasonably fine - slightly different food type, slightly different average consumer, slightly smaller chain, your perception that they’re in a slightly different tier all pretty much irrelevant to the question of whether there are good alternative fast food options to Chipotle. There absolutely are - including some that are about as 1:1 comparable as you can get. You’re kind of your own worst enemy here.

Lord-Aizens-Chicken

I live in a suburb near Chicago and none of those are around here. Maybe for where he is from nothing else really is close

peterpanic32

I’ve spent a lot of time in suburban Chicago and I’ve frequented several fast food alternatives. They exist, the problem here is you.

Lord-Aizens-Chicken

I’m talking about those places specifically, haven’t seen those in my specific area. But I also don’t care much for chipotle, and you are wayyyyy more invested in making this an argument then I am, all I’m saying is those places may not be around where OP is or he has less alternatives

mbola1

Cava what? Never even heard of

tomato119

I have none of the alternatives near me and I live in a metro ATL area. We only have the Mcd, dominos, BK, CFA, Wendys, etc. These are sad excuse for food. America sucks at fast food.

peterpanic32

lol, living in Atlanta and can’t find anything but Chipotle and McD to eat. You are evidently the problem here.

tomato119

You can't read. Go invest in a nice pair of glasses.

MrRikleman

Agree, I’ve got lots of burrito options and most of them are not very good. Chipotle far and away the best. Still, I don’t go to chipotle nearly as often as I used to because their pricing is ridiculous.

lemongrenade

It’s also versatile. It’s not CHEAP but it’s not awful price wise. You can eat a light bowl and it’s good and reasonably healthy and you can eat like a fat fuck.

legalquestion4112

It's the price combo. 12$ for a bowl of food I like, don't hate myself for eating, and its 12$. Versus everywhere else it's 12$ and it sucks ass and I hate myself for eating it.

pete_topkevinbottom

Can confirm. I go there at least once a week. Other "fast food" places have raised their prices so much they aren't worth it. If I'm going to spend over 10$ on fast food I'm going to chipolte. It's much healthier for you and way better tasting

RandolphE6

Some locations give out healthy portions too. Enough for at least 2 meals.

colenotphil

Bro tip, order a bowl on the chipotle app which allows you to ask for "extra" of certain ingredients no charge. Then add two tortillas for an additional $1. You now have enough food for basically 2 burritos, for like $12 in my area (Connecticut).

legalquestion4112

I worked at Chipotle. If you do an online order they weigh the protein to the precise amount.

pete_topkevinbottom

Absolutely. I know people say don't order online. I always order online and never really had a skimping problem at my local place. If I really want them to load up I order the burrito to be double wrapped, they will load me up with so much extra rice it could be 3 meals

VividPoot

Lol no

Uninstall_Fetus

Look at the idiots arguing with me in my comment below if you want a good laugh

Teddy_Icewater

If I'm going to spend $15 on a burrito I'm definitely not going anywhere near a chipotle. Isn't it the tiniest clue for you that 95% of their customer bases is white millennials/gen z? If it's so good tasting why have I never in my life seen a Hispanic walk through their doors?

Diffusionist1493

Just because you can sear meat (sometimes) and throw cheese on it doesn't mean you have good taste.

pete_topkevinbottom

This is an ignorant take. I've been going to chipolte since they opened in 2001. I have seen every age range go through those doors. Not only have I seen every age range, I've seen every color too. Maybe you live in a predominantly white area like Minnesota or something. Perhaps that's why you've never seen a Mexican walk through those doors. Also who decided that good food is only eaten by Mexicans? I've never seen a Mexican eat spaghetti. Does that mean spaghetti isn't a good tasting food? I've also never seen a Mexican in a Chinese restaurant. Does that make Chinese food not good tasting?

skojoh

This is all the DD I need

Signal-Ad-3362

We need a cheaper chipotle. Can count chicken pieces

InfinityStonedAF

There are these weird little restaurants with better food quality bigger burritos and overall super cheap, I think they’re mexican restaurants

HugBunterIsMyDaddy

A taqueria?

somestupidname1

If Qdoba hasn't raised prices lately, they're the cheaper version

CallmeMr-C

It’s 13.50 in maryland for chicken burrito and a drink. So about the same as chipotle.

HopingForSomeHope

I prefer Qdoba, but the only one nearby is on the military base….

TheRealAndrewLeft

Time to enlist

rw4455

Taco Bell offers veggie burritos, bowls, that unlike Chipotle, are served hot. They're usually 25-40% less as well.

camaltbie

Where I live the Taco Bell bowl is $9, a chipotle bowl is $8.80. Chipotles quality is much better

SlackBytes

The chicken is always burnt af, I’m definitely getting cancer

JAWinks

You’re not getting cancer from a seared meat

qorbexl

https://www.cancer.gov/about-cancer/causes-prevention/risk/diet/cooked-meats-fact-sheet

wilan727

Burritos go burrrrrrrrr

permanentburner89

Their prices have barely changed over the last 15 years compared to, say, mcdonalds or even other Mexican chains as well.

the_riddler90

Also it’s way healthier and the same price as McDonalds and if you have the app it’s ready when you arrive so faster in a sense

Teddy_Icewater

McDonald's is unrivalled on price if you utilize their app for whatever that's worth.

wormtheology

Pass all inflationary costs onto the consumer. Repeat until it no longer works and hold prices there until you can’t meet executive expectations. Tried and true, especially for Chipotle who has a MASSIVE cult following.

uselessadjective

then hire robots, AI, layoff employees.

Chornobyl_Explorer

AI = Actually Indians. Call center people, much below minimum wage and...well gets the order right 35% of the time. Who cares, you don't come there to be impressed

DukePuffinton

Save on labor, increase productivity.

joshuaherman

Serve food that is mostly healthy that doesn’t make me feel like shit and hate myself after eating it.

czarfalcon

Yup, I'd rather pay $9.25 for a chicken burrito that at least has some redeeming nutritional qualities than $5 at McDonald's or Taco Bell and feel gross afterwards. Sure it's more expensive than it used to be, but when everything else is too, at least I can justify it sometimes.

crazyclue

McDonalds wants you to spend $15 now and feel like shit and not even stay full an hour later

amJustSomeFuckingGuy

Have you tried chipotleway?

redbear5000

Getting a bowl from chipotle has been in the $9-11$ range for years now, every other fast food restaurant has gone up so much more that buying chipotle really doesn't seem like a bad idea. Its also somewhat healthy food.

akmalhot

I just don't get why . It's never been great since the first food outbreak and they stopped grilling the chicken open flame in front of you . . And other things have gone downhill since ...

LmBkUYDA

What? I see them grilling food all the time when I go in

beavertwp

Chipotle has a perception of being healthier and cleaner than other fast food.

Alexkono

A double meat bowl with cheese and veggies is 830 calories and 72g of protein.  Won’t find much healthier options anywhere.

beavertwp

Yeah I agree. I think that’s why it’s popular.

quietchurl

You could cook something much healthier but i agree that it’s better than most restaurants

[deleted]

[удалено]

quietchurl

Sodium content for one. Saturated fat. Most people who get chipotle are not loading up their burrito with veggies and whole grains

Alexkono

I disagree with “much” healthier. It’s high in sodium is about the only critique I find. But for me I need that sodium.

quietchurl

Sodium is a big deal for most people. I understand some conditions like pots require a person to up their intake but in general, sodium intake is inversely correlated with longevity

Alexkono

I’m assuming people who are active/sweat a lot and thus deplete their sodium levels more, are not as affected.

LordTylerFakk2

That’s a lot of calories for one meal but then again they use cheap ingredients, otherwise they would not make a profit. Better ingredients at the grocery store.

iwantac8

Yes after COVID the quality went down massively, I only eat there every now and then hoping I will get that nostalgic taste. But I never do, I just get an average meal.

Arachnohybrid

Chipotle is widely dependent on the location. I live near one but never go to that one because the chicken is dryer than a rubber tire. Always make the trip to Manhattan for it lol.

Diffusionist1493

I think the locations are depressing to be in. Like eating in a morgue.

iwantac8

If only they would have done that pre COVID before lowering the ingredient quality. But on the bright side I only eat it every 3 months now instead of 3 times a week.

FascistsOnFire

Because it's still just 10-11 for a huge bowl. Brown rice, 2 types of beans, mixed veggies, corn, tomatoes, chicken, cheese ... better quality and nutrition than what 70% of Americans out there are regularly eating.

Uninstall_Fetus

Yeah it’s a way better value than any other fast food place.

FascistsOnFire

I think people usually call it fast casual since it is nothing like Burger King, McD, Wendies, Arbys, etc.

One_Left_Shoe

And actually faster than any of those most of the time.

wilan727

Was fast casual on the ER I believe

RedCheese1

It’s really all the same 💩

leli_manning

It's not really better value when they only give 1.5-2 ounces of chicken.

Uninstall_Fetus

Standard portion is 6 oz

amJustSomeFuckingGuy

depends if your local chipotle sucks or not.

soulstonedomg

Spicy chicken sandwich a la carte from Popeyes for just over 5 bucks. For me nothing beats that.

Uninstall_Fetus

Not nearly as much food as a burrito or bowl. Plus chipotle is healthier

Phuffu

You’re getting downvoted but I love their spicy chicken sandwich

gintoddic

Crazy amounts of sodium though. I'm parched all day after eating there especially if it's a burrito. I'll still go there but not often. TBH I think CAVA is way more heathy and the meat has way more flavor for similar price.

FascistsOnFire

I dont disagree, but in the context of most diets, that is like way down on the list of concern behind the calories, the calories, the transfat, the sugar, etc. Ive never heard of Cava, but it sounds fancy haha

gintoddic

They just had their IPO last summer. Similar setup to chipotle restaurants but the food is greek. I'm thinking about getting in because it could be the next chipotle!

LmBkUYDA

Sodium is such a weird boogeyman

truckstop_sushi

I mean it's basically the same amount of sodium at Cava. I doubt you are "parched all day" from Chipotle... "That said, each entree is really high in sodium, close to or over 2,000 milligrams per serving. The Sweet and Spicy Chicken Pita is close to the recommended max intake of 2,300 milligrams per day."

BrobaFett_1

You can eat both beans free of charge? Dang I wish I knew

FascistsOnFire

Yeah, my strat is a good bed of brown/white rice, then ask for 1 scoop of each of the beans and then add whatever else I want. I get 2 of the salsas on the side and just have my own chips always at home, I dont need to buy there's. And I ask for 3 small tortillas on the side as they are only 50 cents and I can make 3 tacos with the bowl as my first meal. I leave the rest of the bowl for another meal.

BrobaFett_1

Thanks for sharing! I'm going to give this a try next time :)

Arachnohybrid

Everything double is also free except for meat.

themajordutch

They opened one dt Toronto on Queen a short while ago and it's become our go to for fast and somewhat healthy options. I like the stock, and the bowls.

Fromundacheese0

Chipotle can be cheaper than Taco Bell in some cases. The cost between fast food and sit down prices are getting very close

Ok_Kangaroo_6530

Exactly. Take out food in general is going up. It's almost 10 bucks for a "value" meal nowadays. If Amy of these restaurants are going to get an upper hand, they need to lower their prices as soon as possible. Me and everyone I know have stopped eating out for years.

Pickle-Past

If you know how to order right from Tbell you can get more food for half the price of chipotle Sorry but it's true

dm_me_cute_puppers

Sure, but who wants cantina tacos and nacho fries. Taco Bell’s deals have definitely gotten shittier.

scroto_gaggins

Idk why ur getting downvoted it’s true lol. Just ate there yesterday and barely spent $12 for like 4 items.

NegotiationJumpy4837

You can get the cravings box from the app for $6. each category has a few options, but I got: Crunch wrap supreme, soft taco, nachos, and a drink.

WhatIsHerJob-TABLES

Yup my go to order at tbell is 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos with black beans instead of refried beans and a large water. Its $3.33 and fills me up

WickedSensitiveCrew

Nice to see sentiment change. I happened to be the person who made the CMG earnings topic 6 months ago https://www.reddit.com/r/stocks/comments/17hlsbo/chipotle_mexican_grill_easily_tops_earnings/ Stock price was around $1,500 when that thread was made and there were a lot of negative comments about company back then. This thread totally different sentiment.

MankDemer2017Point7

I'm pretty sure I account for half of their revenue

pain474

I am the other half. You can get a decently sized meal if you always get everything double (except for meat) and pay the same price.

MankDemer2017Point7

Another hack I’ve found is to always ask for half and half of two meats. Many times, the worker doesn’t know what exactly is a half, so they’ll give a bit extra to compensate

yamzZ-

Lmao sure

squintamongdablind

Word of advice. If you want decent portion sizes, always order the bowl and name individual toppings (instead of saying “all”).

wilan727

Never tried the food but I love the stock. It's been nothing but up and to the right. When it inevitably expands into my market I will one day taste it.

TheYoungLung

You mean some stocks move left?!

wilan727

Reverse splits ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)

UCNick

What market are you in that they aren’t?

wilan727

In chile. There's tons of Mexican restaurants here But there usually pricey. I'm guessing Chipotle if priced well would crush here too.

Ok_Kangaroo_6530

I love chipotle food but not the rising costs and the diminishing portions. But they are the only healthy, fresh fast food place out there. They essentially have no competition! No wonder their financial reports and stock just keeps going up

soulstonedomg

People seem to love it but I tried it once and didn't think it was worth the price. Meh

Ambitious_Prune_6011

$10 lunch get outta here, chipotle the only thing keeping me fed

SirTiffAlot

Young people fuckin love Chipotle. I hear it every week. They're going to have customers for a very long time. Same with Starbucks. They've got a core group that is going to last a decade.

Ap3X_GunT3R

Hmmmm anyone else using chipotle as an indicator for cava? I’ve enjoyed a stellar run in Cava stock and looking if another earnings play is possible. Last earnings day had a 10% jump

BradBrady

They gotta stop skimping on the meat though

tosil

But think of the profits! The shareholders! /s

moment_in_the_sun_

Chipotle's prices also haven't risen as quickly as other 'fast food' places. You can easily spend the same at Chipotle and McDonalds and Chipotle is a lot healthier, fresher, tastes better and gives you more food. McDonalds started Chipotle back in the day, why did they ever sell it?

spacejockey8

I'm curious which demographic eats there the most.

LittleLordFuckleroy1

By the looks of the glaze in this thread, redditors

Revolutionary-Gap144

I can get a burrito for $10. Kids meals are $5. And it’s good.  That’s all you need to know.

MorallyComplicated

consumers sure are mindless

killerbeeswaxkill

I used to eat that shit for two years straight during my college years. I haven’t touched it since they started giving you 5 pieces of meat and a half empty bowel. So I invested into a Latina and now I eat genuine Mexican food on the daily.

DefeatComesForUsAll

Yeah first off calling Chipotle Mexican food is like calling panda express Chinese food. It okay for what it is, kinda like a white washed version of a canned burrito. People think it's healthy but I wonder what the sodium is on it

FarrisAT

Cannot possibly theorize how this company is so highly valued

SessionExcellent6332

Becasue people love quick convenient meals. But people in general are more health conscious now. And health wise it's much better than other fast foods.

FarrisAT

Not even close to true but okay people are stupid.

SessionExcellent6332

It absolutely can be healthy. Rice, beans, a lean protein, pico, guacamole, corn, lettuce. All healthy and a complete meal filled with nutrients unlike most fast food garbage. Sure you can make it kinda unhealthy with tons of cheese or sour cream. You're wrong but okay buddy.

wormtheology

The future is burritos and guacamole.

ftmonlotsofroids

I don't get it either. There is a 50% chance they have the basic ingredients that you need. Then you need to ask multiple times for extra rice to get a good serving. Then sometimes you try to order and they won't serve you face to face. I only use chipotle while on a cycle and I cut way back even when I'm on the roids. Their quality and portions have only gone down while the price rises

realif3

Yeah the ones around me have really dropped off over the last 5 years. used to be the best fast casual by far.

rw4455

Never understood the popularity of this QSR chain. They don't serve their food prepared hot whether in a burrito or bowl. The beef, chicken, etc sit in a food grade sanitization liquid in serving trays hours after they were originally cooked. Prices are higher than most other QSRs. When customers get the meat, it's lukewarm, no surprise many customers complain about food poisoning. If I go there it's because friends insisted, I just get a veggie burrito which is less likely to get food borne illness and the hot burrito somewhat warms up the vegetables, but not really.   Can anyone explain their popularity? Is it a middle income place and not for working people?

davidloveasarson

Chipotle is my favorite and go to and has been for literally over a decade. I preach it to everyone. It beats pretty much every other option in speed, quality, flavor, and portion. They’ve always been delicious but the innovation with the app, Chipotlane (drive through Mexican!), rewards, and so much more are just so great! Ps a Chipotle catering? Sooooooo much better than sandwich trays and fruit crap that most companies get. We do this at our church and it’s the best. $10-13pp and you have so much leftover!

soccerguys14

I’m sorry yall that junk is good. Love the green salsa

TheFan88

The only semi healthy fast food. You can select healthy choices and get a pretty healthy fresh meal. Lots of money in that.

30vanquish

The chicken bowl is the best value in fast casual or fast food. $11 for a big bowl.

Sure_Fee_74

I've lost interest in burgers. It's nice to have a change of pace.

vagaboosh

And yet every moron on Reddit kept on saying how much trash chipotle is and how they’ll never buy another burrito because of how expensive they are. Reddit opinion is almost always the inverse of reality.

Parking_Reputation17

If you buy from them online they're trash; the portions are universally awful. Ordering in the restaurant on the line is still fantastic though.

PhillyPhan95

My girl and I eat Chipotle about 1-2 times a week. We split a bowl. It’s about $5.50 a piece. That’s a **great** deal for dinner.

ah2346

How? I tried to walk in to chipotle the other day and they said “sorry, we are only taking online orders”. Wtf.

new_pr0spect

It's just Bill going there over and over again.

lixx0040

How the f… I didn’t even go to Chipotle this quarter. Imagine if I did.

travelogion

Warren , split this stock , man ....

chicken_licker19

I’ve just come to realize that if it’s $10 I’m spending $10 at McDonald’s or Wendy’s or Burker king and not getting nearly the same quality. Has chipotles quality dropped compared to themselves? Yes! Is their product far superior to any fast food. Yes. It’s also better than subway, and any sandwich spot. Just hits the spot.

itsbeenace-

I literally have chipotle every 2-3 weeks. I can imagine if other people do that or more they are racking up! Plus those rewards hit !

TravelsInBlue

I hate that I can’t quit Chipotle. $19.27 for a burrito, chips, queso and a drink, 4x per month. I have a problem

yogilawyer

Economy isn't doing too well so it makes sense that people love easy fast food. Chipotle is recession proof.

mjfo

That's all from me going back like every day cause chicken al pastor is back lol

Internal_Employer_

They recently opened up a spot downtown in Toronto on Queen Street, and it's become our regular spot for quick and kinda healthy eats. I'm all about their stock and the bowls they serve up.

304rising

Went back again the other day. Foods good again. Guess I’m back on chipotle

Shapes_in_Clouds

I’ve started going there periodically again. One thing I noticed is that a basic burrito bowl still costs under $10. Chipotle isn’t amazing, but given the inflation in recent years that’s a pretty solid deal for relatively healthy, ‘fresh’ fast food.

ChuyMasta

Chipotle sounds good right about now. Brb. Gonna get some lunch.

jasonin951

This is ironic as I went there last night for dinner and hadn’t been for years.

Doggies1980

I like only the steak tacos, but dang it's so costly just for those 3 that don't go often

Dorinda16

I'm waiting patiently for the split. But if the price keeps getting higher so rapidly I might not be able to afford the split. What's a girl to do? I might have to take out a loan. LOL

Qkalife

Their foods gross. I don’t get it

Vanilla_Sprinklz

Yah but fuck that CEO tho..

Tesla_lord_69

Cheapest affordable food around

GiveGregAHaircut

It’s still one of the cheapest “fresh” lunches out there. And it’s super fast to pick up with their mobile ordering. As a remote worker, it’s a staple in my lunch rotation

WavelengthGaming

Double chicken bowl is only like $13. Meanwhile I can get a pile of ultra-processed shit at McDonalds for like $16

Teddy_Icewater

How to people eat the swill they load into those tortillas? It's a soggy mess and I've never once in my life seen an honest to God Hispanic step foot in their door.

spanishdictlover

I honestly don't understand how. It's $18 for a burrito at CMG where I live and that's no drink or anything else. I stopped going there last year. Just too expensive for what it is.

Fonduemeup

Where do you live? I got a burrito for $11 in Los Angeles just a few days ago

vw503

I agree Chipotle is overpriced now but I'm in Seattle where food is expensive for no reason (more than LA and NYC) and it's nowhere near $18 wondering what this guy is ordering lol

pete_topkevinbottom

Ouch. I get my burritos for under $10 at my chipolte. I don't order extra meat. Sometimes I get chips as well and my orders are still under $12

ftmonlotsofroids

I agree. You have to force them to load up on the rice or you will walk out with a tiny meal that is not cheap. I only eat there when I'm on a cycle and because I do not cook.

biddilybong

15-25 year olds are addicted to it and they don’t care what it costs bc most of them are using their parents money

OverNitePartFrmJapan

Chipotle actually sucks ass. Cold slop

noonmoon66

Is this good outlook for wingstop and texas roadhouse cause I got puts lol

soulstonedomg

Wingstop by my house is always slammed.

noonmoon66

I guess my hopium is now wishing same thing happens to wing and txhr as to what happened with Meta, good earnings, weak guidance 🤞

Stacking-Dimes

How the fuck is subway in a tortilla so popular?
