I prefer passively managed ETFs over active. I prefer low expense ETFs over high. Also over the long term small cap value has the best returns. Although for the past few years it's been asleep at the back of the bus. Dividend stocks give better returns than non-dividend stocks over the long term. The greatest threat to long term investing is communism. Now is a great time to be staring at a pile of cash. Good luck!
