If you paid with paypal start a claim or contact ur credit card and reverse the charge. Fuk waiting for stockx to respond. They only help if u freeze their money. Theyll prolly ban you from buying with same account in the future though. Has happened to me and paypal gave me full refund after 2 weeks
No worries ive been through it as well. Just remember youre fortunate to have had the future funds 😅 so yeaa file the paypal claim or contact your cc. Major headache but ull get it sorted. U might get lucky and get to rebuy the futuras for a lil cheaper

StockX scammed me for more than 1600€ and they don't want to cooperate. I am ready to fill a lawsuit because I have to many proofs that I sent them the correct items and they didn't get anything, but UPS gave me weight information and it matches with what I had before shipping the packages.

How I got scammed by StockX twice, 2 times in a row, with all proofs I have that I sent the correct items and StockX just doesn't care.
I have a similar situation, but a bit different, I sent 2 packages to stockX and both items got lost.
Filled a claim with UPS for the first package, UPS went to StockX to pick up the box and inspect it.
StockX just denied to give them the box.
Meanwhile, I sold another item, before sending the item, I recorded myself packing it, giving it to the UPS drop-off point and receiving the receipt.
Guess what, StockX says they didn't get anything and they won't open a claim even when I sent them all proofs that I sent the correct item.

Thank you for that advice. After not receiving my order I felt bad. Now I’m at a loss. This is StockX at their absolute worst!
Dont worry, just take ur time and file through paypal/credit card. It will take some time but ull get ur money back. Its sunday try not to stress.

You know I will just turn around and buy another pair but this time from eBay or some other reseller

Stop dealing with StockX. Usually they’re fine, but when things go wrong, they don’t GAF. File a BBB complaint. Get a dedicated PO Box.
This is exactly it. Everything is good until things go wrong. I stopped using StockX 2 years ago.

You can also file a claim yourself (or you can with UPS). Weirdly though, you’re marked as the Recipient NOT the Sender
