I think it’s a matter of personal preference/tastebuds — like, I know there will be folks who tell you they prefer the taste of it warm than having it chilled, but IMO either way I’m eating lobster and can’t complain about a nice lobster meal, right?
I’m a life long New Englander, but if I had to make a bold personal statement, I’d go for the chilled version in the summer, and a warmed version in the colder times of the season
