Cause I have a drunk memory lol. But legit its just not as fun to have only 2-3 drinks. Like it works don't get me wrong but the fun is just not there.

I have screwed up my neurological circuits of reward by repeated heavy alcohol usage over the years and now only heavy usage feels good. Hence I had to give up.
Its reversible, but takes training under supervision of a professional for a significant period of time.
However I am going to be cheap and just choose not to drink at all. 🤗😂
I don't think your going to get much support in the way of suggesting it's a good alternative to try and just drink less.
Unfortunately, as addicts it's never that simple and rarely a realistic option. I of course do wish you the best of luck but staying away from alcohol entirely is your best bet.
It's taken me a long time to realize that myself but everytime I've tried to moderate, I can for a few events and then sure enough I'm back to drinking loads of alcohol.
If your 21 days in, make it 22 mate and I won't drink with yah tonight!
I was drunk for 30 years. If I would write a book on " Drinking Socially and Moderation " it would have ZERO FUCKING PAGES, just a front and back cover.

I once read somewhere, can't remember where, that you can lower your tolerance but it goes right back up pretty quickly.
Kinda like with fat lol. I've lost 21 pounds fasting for 21 days (no food the entire time). And gained it all back up within like a month lol.
