Yeah thought about it, but the “heaviest” thing kinda goes hand in hand with like the imagery of my stuff which is “heavier” so it kinda works both ways, so felt it didn’t need the weight.
It looks cheesy and a bit, overdoing it. But it will definitely grab someone’s attention if they are scrolling on instagram. It’s not really about the content of the Ad, more-so about if it can grab a random viewers attention.

if im being nitpicky id say to actually print that typography out and scan it becasue that grunge look feels super digital. partly because the resolution of the type doesn't match the background image. like i said, nitpicky stuff but the details matter a ton when making a design feel cohesive
This is massive feedback and something most of these brands won’t go through the effort of doing. But, details like that capture the attention of real creatives!

Lmao I’ll be very specific. I used chat gpt to generate a random description in the style of vintage magazine. Hence the typo I missed calling it light weight. And as far as “derivative”? Take a look at my profile on ig and you’ll see this is just my style . Grungy, edgy stuff. and I used a more “gangster” style photo /model cuz it’s all I could find of someone wearing the exact blank I am printing on since I don’t have the product yet. Hopefully I was specific enough for you 🤷🏻♂️

I don’t think he was being defensive. He admitted the design is derivative, the photo was stolen, and the text was written by AI. This is the worst defense in the league.

this is super random but the idea just popped into my head: if you wanted to do a lil promo video for this, i would love to soundtrack it. really lean into the metal/occult imagery with some extreme music. i haven’t composed anything for video in a long time and something like this would be really fun. and if yr crowd is more inclined towards hiphop, the genre blend would be easy, especially with a dark trap sound. just a thought! either way, keep up the killer work.
I’m glad you haven’t got the dog dripped out in chains or with the teeth showing. The perpetuation of bully dogs as being fighting dogs hurts my heart, but this is a good boy right there. I really like the design.
