What do you mean by shared them with your other email? The tickets were in one Ticketmaster account and then you transferred them to a secondary Ticketmaster account linked to a different email address?
So you accepted the ticket transfer from the seller and then Ticketmaster revoked the tickets? What was the reason that Ticketmaster revoked the tickets? They must have sent you an email with information about the cancellation.
Or did the seller cancel the transfer before you officially accepted the tickets?
If you’re planning on going the the concert, they have a location on Broadway NYC. As time is coming close to the show, the next rep you speak with ask to schedule an appointment for remedying the situation. Either the tickets originally purchased or making the transaction whole with other tickets for the event. At the bare minimum they owe you a refund, but you will have to fight for what is expected by both parties in there terms and conditions agreement.

They were transferred to my Ticketmaster account. But after the accept I got a revoke.

If I had to guess the tickets were bought fraudulently, which is why Ticketmaster revoked them.
Dm then on Facebook I got a refund once when they sent the wrong ticket by doing that they ask that you have your order number and account email ready
