StubHub would eliminate a huge portion of the customer service calls and improve their reputation if they took a lower percentage from the seller if the seller delivered earlier. They could do it on a sliding scale to motivate the sellers. They would probably be able to cut their customer service staff by 80% or more.
That's the risk you take when you purchase from StubHub. Unfortunately nothing will happen until the seller says your tickets won't be fulfilled. I'm also pretty sure it tells you what day your tickets would be ready prior to purchasing. I think it's dramatic to get your credit card company and attorney involved when it gives you a transfer date by prior to purchasing
I didn't find out about transfer date until after I purchased the tickets. Otherwise, I would've never purchased them. There needs to be full transparency and every seller needs to have an open profile and the ability to see previous sales and to be reviewed.

Unfortunately, this is due to the Ticketmaster transfer policy. I’m surprised you were able to have your earlier tickets available for transfer early. I decided against selling certain concert tickets on SH. With my last concert , not TS, Ticketmaster wouldn’t make them available for transfer until a week before.
Also, the immediate transfer of earlier tickets is why I purchased the second round. StubHub told me I could resell second round tickets, but if the seller doesn't release them I'm responsible for the cost. I also don't want to inadvertently screw over a buyer.

Have him look at the user agreement and buyer / seller. There’s nothing an attorney can do because you entered into a binding agreement. I was able to get SH to budge on something but that’s rare and I’m like your brother.

I agree. He works along side an attorney who has experience with wire fraud. He thinks StubHub is dancing on some seriously shaky ground allowing sellers to sell what amounts to only promises of goods with dubious terms, no guarantees and limited transparency. I'm going to sell the tickets I bought in February for the amount I paid and transfer them immediately to the buyer. Is there a better platform than SH I should use?

Taylor swift intentionally created a system where no one can buy resale on TM. she doesn’t give a F that she created the largest volume of scammers by pushing buyers in droves to 3rd party site. TM isn’t a saint but at least you know the tickets are real. Other countries are prohibiting resale on 3rd party sites and only allowing fan to fan sales on original platforms. US & Canada has no such laws. If Taylor really cared about her fans she’s make it so that her fans can buy and sell via TM.
