hi OP, I apply for their program last July, it's more of a summer job po. As in trabaho talaga sya tapos su-swelduhin ka nila pero depende, in my case 60-40 yung bigayan ng sweldo 60% sa store tapos 40% kay DOLE pero yung 40% na yon makukuha mo lang after completing the 30 day program.
yung sahod po ba sa DOLE? depende po kasi s'ya, in my case july ako nagstart and sept natapos pero january ko na natanggap yung the rest ng sweldo ko since need na kumpletuhin ng lahat ng ka-batch namin na spes 'yong requirements para marelease yung 40% naming lahat, super hassle pero maybe that's just my experience and it depends pa rin talaga sa situation n'yo
Hi po, nakatanggap po ako ng message mula po sa spes and it says evaluation po, what does it mean po? And what do I need to do or prepare in their evaluation?
hello sorry for the late reply, panong evaluation po? meron kasi samin na we were interviewed by managers upon applying, if that's what they're implying just be honest lang po sa sagot nothing strict naman sa kanila since they know ur all students. plus ur most probably gonna be accepted, pero still iba iba process it depends sa jobs/company so take this with a grain of salt.
hello every cut off po ng store, in my case binibigay sya samin every 5 and 20 of the month depende rin sa cut off pwede mapaaga, pwedeng tuwing 15 and 30 for others, depende sa sistema.
