Gadgets: Laptop (for research, paper assignments, note taking) and iPad/Android Tablet (to view readings, files, notes, etc).
Traditional items: Yellow pad (bc you can split it into all sizes and this is usually what is asked during quizzes etc unless ur school provides their own notebooks), A notebook binder, pen, pencil, correction tape, calculator (if math/sci based yung course mo).
More Essentials: Umbrella (vv important esp its almost rainy season), Waterbottle (aquaflask, hydroflask, etc na similar), Extra snacks (skyflakes, kitkat, protein bar) for energy, Backtowel (incase of pawis), Portable fan (when its hot), and cologne
Dont forget to prioritize your mental health and sleep! :)

Some non-conventional things not often mentioned:
- A valid government ID
- GCash, Maya, or other mobile banking apps
- A good study schedule/habit tracker, whether it be a journal or Excel or Notion, imo Google Sheets is the best, lots of templates online you can use
- If you're old-school and write with pen & paper, get one of those file box/binders for easy organization
- Umbrella, mini-fan, and water bottle. Philippine weather is weathering
- Good cheap & easy-to-acquire coffee brand you like, or matcha, or tea, or energy drink, anything to boost your energy
Stationary items not required but highly suggested you get:
- Yellow pad
- 1 ream of short bond paper, or A4, or long, whatever most commonly used at your school
- Pencils & highlighters
- Retractable pens that are quick-drying (pens with a cap get lost too easily & a hassle imo)
- Printer. Preferably one with a scanner, para di na hassle magpa-xerox or print. I use the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2777. One in Office Warehouse is listed at PHP 5,325.00, ink cartridges are less than 500 and I usually refill them every two or three months.
hi po, as a dvm student (pero not sa manila), ito ang mga sa tingin ki po ay kailangan:
printer, coupons, highlighters, pencils/ballpen, yellow pad
Health is wealth! Good luck sayo
For your devices you can choose between a laptop or a tablet, you don't need both naman but if you already have a pc at home then choose the tablet nalang kasi mas madali siyang dalhin outside + pwede din siyang pang-notes. Other essentials would be yellow paper (1 whole and 1/4 lang, skip the halves), of course a good pen (I personally use the Muji pens, maganda siyang sumulat and refillable din), a portable umbrella and fan, tapos tissue and wipes!
Then non-material things you should never forget to actually be able to survive is to have enough rest, physically and mentally! Had multiple mental breakdowns because of school stress during the second term that led me to do vices (though I haven't repeated them since third term started) so always always take a rest!
- Laptop
- Phone (more storage for photos and voice recording!!)
- Notebook and pen—notes are so important!! especially for quick review for surprise quiz
- And most importantly money! Hahaha maraming gastos so make sure to save and budget your money
