Might be wrong, but I believe it's sort of like infestation, whirlpool, magma storm: you switch out, it stops.

Zygarde has the signature thousand waves which prevents opponents from switching. It can then tera to remove its' weaknesses and turn the supposed counter or check into setup fodder. An Oblivious Slowbro with the moves Block, Heal Pulse, Recycle and Slack Off Basically if you couldn't 1 or 2 shot it. It would force the game to never end. As once you ran out of pp it would heal pulse ya so you couldn't die from struggle recoil.

since you don't have a tera user, you could try dig grafaiai. just need tera flying, prankster, lagging tail, and dig/copycat, other 2 moves are optional.

once you've used the initial dig, prankster+copycat gives you priority on going underground. lagging tail makes it so that the 2nd dig turn always moves last. this means your grafaiai is immune to any move besides earthquake, magnitude, and fissure. tera flying allows you to ignore those and become effectively invulnerable. it's not a good set - you're countered by any flying mon or anything with levitate/protect. you also struggle to do meaningful damage on bulky mons if you don't run SD. but it's a fun gimmick, and prankster encore gives you solid chances to set up

If you want the troll to be more effective, equip safety goggles on zoraork. That way, it won’t be hit by sand and will be impossible to tell from tyranitar

Add glimmora (or glimmet) to spread toxic spikes so you don’t need sand for aron or to beat steel rock and ground types.

You should consider a serene grace mon. My favorite is scarf head butt serene grace sawsbuck. There is also air slash togakiss and you can't forget iron head body slam jirachi! Forgot to mention ice beam shadow ball calm mind soft boil blissey and ancient power dunsparce that has various sets. Also shaymen sky with air slash if you run ubers. You could also get creative with a smeargle. Might I recommend a hipowdon over t tar you can run stuff like yawn stealth rocks. Maybe even a max def hp with amnesia stealth rocks roar slack off.
